Crazy how fast these fellas ride on loose dirt like that. I hit gravel and I have to drop my speed by about 75%. ALways more to learn but you're definitely an inspiration to keep pushing it.
You're not wrong. I've slid down far too many hills trying to go faster. Just feels like I go a lot slower than I could. As in most things, I just need more practice.
But what tire type do you have, and are you talking about on a road? Loose dirt and gravel grip better than the aame on top of a relatively hard surface. Bur I agree with the others. Take it slow and don't get hurt. Its fun either way.
@@court2379 I have since switched to a riding a street bike because of the lack of trails where I moved to, but when I was riding it was loose gravel trail roads and I frequently experienced just sliding out by my back tire or getting buried in deeper gravel and dogtracking. The answer that I learned eventually was that because I was so light, my bike slid on top of gravel and my wheels couldn't gain traction. I hope to return to the dual sport world eventually.

Is the WR250 the best 250 road trail? I want a road trail again but I see so many KLX250's for sale with lower KM and lower price. Would it be worth paying the extra coin?

wr250r is overall just a little better, but the price difference is quite a lot. i settled with a drz400e which just has a tad more power
