All the public libraries I've been in the past couple of years are usually full of noisy kids & teenagers, whose parents use the library as free day care. Most librarians do not want to anger these un-supervised kids, who obviously were not taught that libraries are supposed to be quiet.

Seriously several high profile celebrities such as ed Begley Jr. with his Toyota Electric Car Toyota Rav4 and Jay Leno with both a Volt as well as a GM Test Fuel Cell Chevy Equinox so I am sure this is something it would benefit the cause from promoting.
It takes electricity to make all these wonderful things. The electricity comes from the power company who owns and operates, Nuclear, Gas and coal fired plants. All these wonderful things cause more fossil fuels to be burned to produce them. Great plan.

Most are bottle-blonds and even the dark-skinned people are fascinated with blonde hair, although it certainly does NOT match their skin! True blondes are usually fair skinned but there are rare instances where a mutant gene can show up and put light hair on a dark-skinned person! A lot of it goes back to the movie ditsy blondes, who were NOT true blondes at all! I do not have blonde hair, but I had a sister who had to tolerate all the bad jokes!

Our state library resonates like this one. It has a rough sort of artsy slate floor. When they move carts over it, it's unbearable!
