I did these types of exercises 55 years ago when I was a teenager. I was studying yoga and Zen Buddhism. The 2nd exercise is the same as “Om.” I am always conscious of my breathing but it doesn’t always work for me. Right now I am recovering from a cracked rib. Breathing is a bit of a challenge.
