Possibly Satyricon's best track from their best album ..... They played this in a small club in Brum years ago and it was epic. Satyr looked like Ian Curtis with short hair, a purple shirt and black trousers ..... Such a brilliant gig
Saw these guys live on this tour at Annie's a little tiny ass venue in Cincinnati Ohio lol one of he best concerts I ever attended they thrashed that place I think angel corpse opened for them if I remember correctly.
love this album. might be my favorite genre artistic turn in the entirety of the Bm bands. Raw. Another level of hate that goes beyond just speed or cliches. Fkn brilliance in pretty much everything they've done.
They don't. Usually they play filthgrinder for sure. But in each show Satyrs said in a interview they like to pick different tracks for each so wouldn't be common.
@@VitaTristis damn right. I came listening to this right after I finished with Grand Declaration. And I was thinking the same thing...these 2 albums came out around the same time and people trashed them both. I think I was one of them. In a time where black metal was turning mellow and goth these 2 albums went to other way...more experimental and more industrial to my ears...that's the reason people bashed them...people were expecting same mellow riffs with loads of keyboards and synth. not that it's bat or something ..it was just a different flavour. nowadays I can really appreciate these 2 albums
Believe it or not, it is not always easy to keep one's pronunciation mistakeless while screaming or growling. But you have a point, however, nobody really cares eventually. :)

This was their most mature and original album.
Although it does sound a little like Thorns.
Brenn Tantor totally agree! Still, many media said is a letdown... fuck'em!
FUCK THE HATERS !
HATE THE FUCKERS!
Let me get it straight you like this album but sticking in for some one who saying fuck them off !
Half of the Norwegian BM bands sound like Thorns. Even DMDS had many rejected Thorns riffs.
In order to create you must destroy.
This whole album sounds alot like Thorns =)
Why they always ignore this album when they performs live?

This album is like underrated like Mayhem's Grand Declaration of War. Progressive black metal?

Любил примерять бороды ниже пояса с детства.
Есть книга советы мудрецов,православного манастыря.Я от туда.
KAMONN.. !!
Some Norwegian metal band singers never get the thing with V and W... It's HAVOC, not HAWOC :(
YOU CARE ABOUT THAT :))))))
