  • In this video, we will relieve any stress you have in your life by identifying it, accepting it, setting our intentions, and then going through (my first) guided meditation. We will discuss Chakras as well, to help us relax and get a visual on healing any energy that needs to be healed. I am not a master at reiki or any of this, nor is this a substitute for counseling and/or real help. I find this topic interesting and wanted to discuss and explore it here. Enjoy :)
ASMR has been tremendously helpful for me and my sleep schedule, which is very important. I hope it can do the same for you. We talk about some quick tips for MEDITATION and relaxation that have something that I use to calm my mind. I hope you enjoy this video, be sure to like, comment, and subscribe for more Fuzzy Owl ASMR videos. Love you all.
I started my own small production company so you can check out my website at cepiproductions.com if you are interested in any promotional video work!
None of the companies of any items shown in this video are a sponsor.

ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) has helped me with anxiety, sleep issues and has helped me to simply be more productive. It is NOT a substitute for professional practices such as therapy but, like me, it may help you start on a path of sleeping better and reducing anxiety. I hope these videos help you :)

@@fuzzyowlasmr I think it could help a lot of people if you continue doing this type of video, you already have "the thing" and as you make more videos, you'll get stronger and stronger in your presentation👍
