In this situation, you have to look at it from Miguel's perspective, yes he was drunk but at the same time, what did he see, Miguel saw Sam & Robby holding hands, and smiling at each other in front of him, so course he would be mad, as he feels like she is cheating on him with Robby

Well that was on Robby for initially working for Daniel just to get back at his dad/Johnny. Not Daniel's fault he had no idea who Robby was until it was revealed to him by accident, thanks to he and Johnny walking in on him being in the wrong place at the wrong time too.
