Oh man, you have missed so much by not reacting on Eye of God, it is easily their best track, but it won' be featured on the album, since it was released on Summerian back to 2019.
You always talk about wanting something different from Erra. They deliver a song that is vocally driven for once without super technical guitar everywhere, as you say a lot of riffs dont resonate (yes its there but not like in HoG and Snowblood etc). They didnt even throw a break down in or force a solo and they added a super groovy bridge that lets the bass be in the spotlight. That is different for the band so I’m not sure what it is you actually want from them. Sometimes you just need to let the song be what it is and allow yourself to enjoy it. Theres not a single bad thing about this track and there is a ton of good.
Problem is that it already has been done by millions of other metalcore bands before... It's pretty much the vocals that create the illusion that this is a good song for many, but the instrumental use here is actually very generic.

When house of glass came out I was very disappointed, song felt very disjointed and a amalgam of random breakdowns, I enjoy the melodic side of Erra more, Divisionary = Snowblood > House of glass for me, I definitely think there could have been something at the end of the track to spice things up like some others here have said, whether it be a solo or a return to the chorus, the song unfortunately feels a little incomplete, which is a shame, its my only gripe with the track honestly, though

House of Glass was a step in the right direction, this was a step back in my opinion. ERRA has a bad habit of writing songs that all sound really similar. Was hoping the album would tread new ground, but its looking to be yet another interchangeable modern metalcore record
This song is my least favorite of the three new ERRA songs as well. The song did have its shining moments, especially with the bass section during the bridge, but overall it was an okay song.
It’s a good song but it’s nothing fresh in my opinion. The tapping sections are cool and the bass section towards the end is also cool. But it kinda follows the same ERRA structure. Hoping the album doesn’t disappoint.
Snowblood and House of Glass were awesome! This song was a little disappointing though. Nothing really stood out, pretty forgettable track. By far my least favorite of the three. The album announcement was clearly the better news!
You just said it man and you are 100% correct.that is the main problem, it would be sick to have 1 or 2 songs on the record with only JT in it but the clean singer just wants to be in every song and it gets pretty annoying.

The cleans just ruin most of their songs. I'm not against cleans at all, Jesse's are just really high pitched and annoying to me.
@@iqbalputra4830 Two songs 'Frostbite' and 'Ultraviolet' were completely written by Garrison Lee (former vocalist) . two of their best songs in my opinion.anyway, the problem is that jesse sings too much on every song ,2 second to this song and he start's singing, i think his singing voice is 50/50, either fans love it or hate it.jesse has to use jt's vocals more and focus on playing sick guitar riff's. Ghost Complex - Deadbeat
It’s good, but not their best by far. I do love Snowblood tho
It needs more screaming to balance the cleans
House of Glass was a step in the right direction, this was a step back in my opinion. ERRA has a bad habit of writing songs that all sound really similar. Was hoping the album would tread new ground, but its looking to be yet another interchangeable modern metalcore record
This song is my least favorite of the three new ERRA songs as well. The song did have its shining moments, especially with the bass section during the bridge, but overall it was an okay song.
Thought this would get me back into them and it's same ole stuff sadly
React to Scarlxrd new music video that just came out
Blegherra
Erra is great but this is definitely the weakest song of the 3 IMO.
It's an amazing track, you got this one wrong buddy
It’s a good song but it’s nothing fresh in my opinion. The tapping sections are cool and the bass section towards the end is also cool. But it kinda follows the same ERRA structure. Hoping the album doesn’t disappoint.
please react to AXTY - What Ive become
tbh was kinda disappointed with this one. Just kinda.... Idk maybe empty is a good word for it. Needed some bigger sound
Yeah, it is kinda just there. Everyone is loving it though.
Snowblood and House of Glass were awesome! This song was a little disappointing though. Nothing really stood out, pretty forgettable track. By far my least favorite of the three. The album announcement was clearly the better news!
Redhead guy?
Bruh stop asking where he is. He has a life of his own. He'll be in the videos if he wants to and when he has free time.
Wait a sec . This is too soft but the new Architects sounds is ok? Just dont get it.
I think the clean singer ruins this band, which is a shame because the screamer is super talented.
Yeah man
You just said it man and you are 100% correct.that is the main problem, it would be sick to have 1 or 2 songs on the record with only JT in it but the clean singer just wants to be in every song and it gets pretty annoying.
FYI Jesse is the main songwriter behind ERRA, so you say he's ruined the band?
@@iqbalputra4830 yeah pretty much, most of their songs sound exactly the same. This band would be 10x better without Jesse. I know Erra fans hate when people talk crap about them, but it's just my opinion. JT has a fantastic voice though, and their guitar work is usually really good.
JT commented that their new record is gonna be HEAVY, I hope so. i just don't want to be hugely disappointed like i was with fit for a king's 'The Path' when they released some mediocre radio rock songs and then told fans that dont worry the album is gonna be heavy. then after release even the heavy songs were very disappointing, bland and super repetitive.i hope that the new record slaps. (sorry for the long reply and have a great day)
you're the guy that gets get kicked out of the band :/
You lost my respect when you said “You know Jesse is good, but JT he’s a great vocalist”. When he’s literally the worst when compared to the previous Erra vocalists. Clearly you’re a newcomer.
I’m the minority but I really dislike Jesse’s vocals
Wow...That was REALLY boring
v boring imo... never been a fan of this band, i've tried.
Boring af
Also, maybe try better, less entry level metal. I feel like you’re a fanboy for the most basic of music and you barely scratch the surface.
Nothing special... quite boring actually.
I love Erra but this is very generic
Great vids dude! Not a fan of ERRA.
who is better than erra
@@jacobr3009 All prog metal bands that aren't -core.
What a boring song lol
Lol. The whiny American style vocals kill it for me also.
@@harrygaylordrums I mean I like the sound of their vocals but they are just used in the same way over and over again in a lot of their songs. I think Erra needs more change
@@StormKillzone can you let me know what bands you listen to so i know what good music is, and isn't boring ofc
@@sarcasm4371 that was completely unnecessary, you don't have to defend the band from someone's opinion. I'm sure they can handle one random person's thoughts on a UA-cam video. I myself found the song somewhat boring as well, and Thay house of Glass was much better. Again just my opinion don't have to argue
@@sarcasm4371 lol I understand trying to defend bands you like, but you’re not gonna convert anyone to a fan going straight on the offensive like that
