Titan runs surprisingly better than Goliath. And it seems to be much more prettier too. If there’s anything I’d do to make Goliath better, it would be: 1. Tone down the mid-course break run so it doesn’t trim too hard (I’d probably do the same with Titan as well) 2. Replace the trains with new ones built by B&M so that maybe you might have a better chance of airtime over that hill seen at 1:48. 3. Give it a fresh new coat of paint (and in different colors too because both Goliath and Titan have the same color scheme for some reason. Plus at 2:10 you can see how filthy the track is on Goliath after the MCBR, hence why it needs a new paint job).
i feel like goliaths stop in the middle of the ride isn’t as hard anymore. it doesn’t come to a full stop really fast anymore but instead just slows down
If we could make both coasters 10-20 ft taller and make the drops steeper, they'd be so much better. It'd allow more speed for the airtime hill to actually provide some airtime, and because the helix on titan is already so intense, add a trim right before it to bring the train back to it's original speed so gp can still handle it.
I think Giovanola's trains are actually underrated. Pretty comfy, just wish the lapbars were t bars. The camelback really only gives airtime if you're in the front, but if you're there, it lasts a LONG time
titan 1. it has a bigger and steeper drop which makes it really scary and the more scary the more fun. 2. titan has 2 helix's and goliath olny has 1and the first helix on titan is absoutley scary and fun at the same time so as the 2nd one. Unlike goliath goliath olny has 1 helix. Overall titan in my opinion is WAY better than goliath. But i mean goliath is still good but not that good.
I would probably tone down the midcourse but the second half of Titan is already brutal enough with a full stop at the midcourse. I'd make the first half longer to bleed off speed. The drop is fine but it could be steeper.
I had no idea they were identical. Wow. Minus the speed of the lift hill and the extra helix. That brake run is so pointless…I mean it has a point but not…really…lol
During the pandemic and six flags magic mountain was closed , it went from 235 ft to 250 ft so Goliath is 5 feet taller than titan, I think Goliath is better from experience:)
I’ve never been to Magic Mountain... so I can’t compare both rides. But Titan is at my home park, Titan is my 2nd favorite ride there!
What first

@@sodithegorilla8124 which one is more scary to u cause I feel like they are the same thrill level

Give Goliath the original paint because Goliath was built before titan

Too bad the Goliath doesn't have a Nissan sponsorship. They probably are the reason the track isn't as greasy =p lol

The titans helixs are BRUTAL! The Gs
Same with Goliath alot of people black out on Goliath even j was about to black out
Its basically the same ride so both are good

I wish they had more hills. It has good twists and turns but no other hills feels like such a waste of a huge first drop

titan looks better bc of a faster chainlift and extra helixes and air time but idk
Heyyy that is not Goliath that is a imposter the one in Georgia is different
the one in georgia is the imposter, because magic mountain put in goliath in 2000 but over georgia put theirs in in 2006
titan is better than goliath hands down
I would say Goalith is better but I guess they’re technically the same thing lmao
No it's not the titan is better
Titan is a bit higher and it has a extra loop so titan is like a better version of goliath

I prefer Goliath

I believe In Titan superiority
Titan is taller and 812 feet longer. Both are 85 mph.
The drop height is the exact same however.
Goliath wins

The height is still 235. The drop is 255 because it takes you underground (they both do)
And titan is the tallest
You prefer your home park not from riding both. The titan is better but they are almost the same thing.
If I owned Six Flags Over Texas. I would close down titan so I can add the same type Overbank turn like on Millennium Force
i disagree, titan is one of the best rides at sfot
@@maddoxagnew5402 it's a habit. I can't contain myself wanting to make things look perfect
Ima go with Goliath
Titan-taller and 2 helixes
it's our opinion and I prefer Goliath to
Titan is better no doubt
Agreed! But we're probably biased.
