THANK YOU KDH for covering the HITar! You're such a nice guy and your channel is great. Thanks to your support we might make it to NAMM next year. :) (We're at 14:10 :P )
I really appreciate the coverage of these smaller boutique makers. Getting a company off the ground with high start-up costs in a crowded market must be an absolute nightmare.
Delete the word boutique and say it as it is which is that these small makers are making very expensive guitars which are more likely to be played by dentists and accountants than be used or even afforded by real musicians.
Kudos to this man for actually showing us everything and not just the same old brands. Nice to see new stuff and upcoming brands! Also respect for not even mentioning Slash when arriving to magnatone! 🤘🏻🐼
I love the leftover ideas by Mayones. Generally, all very cool builders you presented. I also remember playing a Fehse guitar on the Guitar Summit 2023. Astounding ideas.
That pink Ruf guitar was a complete copy of a signature model from another builder in the Netherlands, called Aristides - also using no woods 🤣🤣🤣🤣 But that yellow tigerstripe over black carbon looked absolutely phenomenal, beautiful idea!....
Having done daily show reports (from the cycling world) I appreciate the work and long evenings that has obviously gone into your videos, despite the appeal of all the afterparty parties... Keep up the good work.
It is great to see you out there playing guitar and having a good time jamming and talking to all the builders. There are not enough young people at these shows you and your generation are the people these guys are building for. keep up the great work!
Fehse are really interesting for use of aluminium, love light weight guitars! Valiant aswell, very interesting, great use of highend details. I like simple guitars with awesome quality hardware🎸🤘🏼🎸
Lovely to see you Jam with Dovydas after he was so good to you when you were srarting out on youtube and defended you. He's a good guy. Looks like it's a blast there, glad to see your coverage of the show.
Great job! Spotted Tagima in the background of the last bit, would be cool if you could take a peek at those if you could. Looking forward to your coverage tomorrow even if you don't!
I really like the look of that first Valiant guitar. They sound amazing too from what I can see from this video , I am definitely looking into this brand for my next big purchase collector guitar, my last big buy was a Duesenberg Starplayer TV and love it. I also think Ruf guitars are quiet nice looking. Liked every guitar and amp in this.
Really enjoying your namm coverage. Would love to see the Soloking booth. Looks like they're making some lovely guitars at the lower end. Thanks from Oz! 🇦🇺
Very interesting video! There are some wonderful guitars. The Fehse guitar is a wonderful innovation, but it cost 6300€....😮 The Soothsayer from Vailand Guitars cost about 2500€, it's also a wonderful guitar... I don't will buy one of these guitars, but the companies are involving new technologies and innovations that will bring us better guitars in the future.
Nice video and really cool new gear. I was only disappointed by the magnatone. I was looking forward to these and on this vid they sound like a low gain tube screamer. Keep up the good. Work
Someone is doing their best eruption tapping on the bass in the background as the nice man at Valiant describes that 7 string. Those stereo Magnatones sound super cool.
Great you stopped off at Revv Amps , great amps , im one of the many artists that are endorsed with them to, i have 2 of there amplifiers , great company, your videos on Namm are really great, You were asking for people to suggest companies to go check out , i was going to ask if saw t any left handed guitars , i went there the last couple of times, i counted 2 or 3 lol, not including the ones i brought to perform with lol
Go check out KLOS Guitars! They have affordable carbon fiber, both electric and acoustic - all kinds of instruments! Also, you’re not going to visit your bestie at Chapman?! 😉😂 Great finds! You’re showing stuff people aren’t showing elsewhere and some popular stuff. Great mix!
I see you're using the same preamp that I use on the floor. The h4n pro is a great microphone but be sure to use the shotgun microphone to all but eliminate Namm noise. You'd be surprised how much this helps. @gearsounds does this
Love this guy! Young know it all, very hard to impress, reminds me of myself at that age. His videos are usually him bitching, but this kid can play also! Great NAMM content!
Wouldn't stage lighting play havoc on the tuning of an all aluminum guitar? My friend Frank had an aluminum neck Kramer 450G IIRC that refused to stay in tune under stage lighting. You could play a note and hear it go sharp as the guitar warmed up.
THANK YOU KDH for covering the HITar! You're such a nice guy and your channel is great. Thanks to your support we might make it to NAMM next year. :)
(We're at 14:10 :P )
Valiant is gonna be huge. Their work is amazing.
I've had a Valiant guitar on my wishlist for a few years now, beautiful instruments
Best NAMM coverage for modern guitar players!
Awesome to see Xolo guitars there!
I really appreciate the coverage of these smaller boutique makers. Getting a company off the ground with high start-up costs in a crowded market must be an absolute nightmare.
thats pretty much all thats left at namm
Agree
Delete the word boutique and say it as it is which is that these small makers are making very expensive guitars which are more likely to be played by dentists and accountants than be used or even afforded by real musicians.
17:47 Dave Mustaine,he aint slick with that hat.
"This is the model we designed with Slash. It sounds like a Marshall."
Fixed it for him.
Now, go sell a kidney
The Magnatone guy was awesome. That was so cool that he spent all that time with you. He's not sales rep he's the man. Great coverage of the show.
He obviously loves the company and the amps. So good to see that in an owner.
Kudos to this man for actually showing us everything and not just the same old brands. Nice to see new stuff and upcoming brands! Also respect for not even mentioning Slash when arriving to magnatone! 🤘🏻🐼
the green Valiant just has the look for me... love that guitar
yeah, best booth so far
Different strokes 😂.
I was thinking it was ugly and why would anyone want that color?
There's something for everyone!
I love the leftover ideas by Mayones. Generally, all very cool builders you presented. I also remember playing a Fehse guitar on the Guitar Summit 2023. Astounding ideas.

You've got the most enjoyable coverage in all the years I've watched NAMM on YT. Cheers!
I cancel my Premier Guitar subscription here every year when they start uploading all of their NAMM videos. I watch every minute of yours. Thanks.
I see myself in the Ruf booth 😅. You’re right, there’s no way of conveying how non-existent the weight is on that hollow guitar is. It’s truly nuts.
Thanks for showing some love to the smaller companies. A true gentleman
My favourite Namm coverage this year! Thanks for doing this guys!
that dovydas bit was incredibly fun to watch you look like you're made for each other hahaha
Thanks for great coverage of namm
Awesome coverage, KDH, it's cool to see what smaller companies are doing.
Fehse are really interesting for use of aluminium, love light weight guitars! Valiant aswell, very interesting, great use of highend details. I like simple guitars with awesome quality hardware🎸🤘🏼🎸
Great coverage guys. Really enjoying watching. Thanks.
Many thanks again for the coverage. Always smart, funny and honest. My grandpa was from a village an hour West of Belfast, get home safe.
Appreciate you visited the non BIG name guitars. What an eye opener to the alternative guitar manufacturers. Thank you.
Looking forward to your coverage tomorrow even if you don't!
interesting. The show does seem to have a lot of people attending it the last couple of years... Cheers 🍻🥃🥃 🎸🎼🎵🎶
Great coverage of the exhibition!
Love seeing your videos KDH! through all the bs and internety shit you have surely prevailed ! keep up the good work man!
Great seeing you at the show KDH!

Those Ruf guitars are sick. I don't normally comment on videos, but I just gotta say.....mucho thank you for showing the Ruf guitars.
Henning Pauly (HP42) did a review and frequently plays one in his videos. Just in case you're not aware and want to know a bit more about the guitar.
There are so many talented people out there making so much innovative cool stuff!!!
Really enjoying your namm coverage. Would love to see the Soloking booth. Looks like they're making some lovely guitars at the lower end.
Thanks from Oz! 🇦🇺
I love the coverage. You let them show their brand and amazing work!
Hope you can visit Aristides guitars, they have the worlds first fanned fret evertuned guitars! 🤘
Very interesting video! There are some wonderful guitars. The Fehse guitar is a wonderful innovation, but it cost 6300€....😮
The Soothsayer from Vailand Guitars cost about 2500€, it's also a wonderful guitar...

Stellar NAMM coverage KDH! Awesome work, best I have seen this year. Thanks!
Excellent coverage mate.
Man, you absolutely earned it
I met and hung out with Ted from Magnatone at the Dallas Guitar Show- great guy and KDH you should definitely go to that show too!
Great video, Brother. Lots of amazing and artistic approaches by some of these newer brands
thanks for sharing, subscribed, been playing since the 60,s ,really enjoyed this look into modern tech.
Great video..
Tonnes of info
Thankyou for posting 👍
You guys are doing a great job! I never heard of the Magnatone stereo amps. I am going to check them out.
Nice guitar playing. Very impressed
27:27 that top is made with a "DichroQuilt" veneer, by "Dichrolam", in case anyone was wondering.
I love the intro! Awesome channel!
I liked the xolo guitars!
Nice video and really cool new gear. I was only disappointed by the magnatone. I was looking forward to these and on this vid they sound like a low gain tube screamer. Keep up the good. Work
I don't, believe it or not, lol don't have Instagram but am getting an account as we speak my friend. And thx for the reply
Really pleased to have hosted probably the jam of the entire show between you and Dovydas at our booth 😄 back next year for a rematch?
4:00 is a ripper. Top tier tune sounds wild with the single coil jangle
Love this! Welcome to the big time
Wow some sweet guitars 🎸👍😜
Someone is doing their best eruption tapping on the bass in the background as the nice man at Valiant describes that 7 string.
Those stereo Magnatones sound super cool.
Shout out to RUF guitars! Awesome work guys. I need one of them!
that dovydas guitar is sweeeet... i would love one
Those Ruff guitars are interesting. Need to keep an eye on those.
Super cool meeting you!
The booth from Poland is cool. Valiant makes some nice guitars especially with their location.
Awesome coverage, the best this year by far guys, really enjoying this content but can you please visit the Neural DSP booth soon?
Those RUF guitars.... whoa. No idea if I will ever see one in the flesh (living in Australia), but they look damn cool.
Those Ruf guitars are the best thing I've seen all day...I also just noticed that they're shaped like a kid's drawing of a guitar but I still want one
WoW! There's some real nice ax talent!
Love the Valiant guitars guy's enthusiam
I can’t believe you found enough things to look at over three days
Love Ya, Love Ya Show. 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
Keeping eyes peeled for victory amps booth!
loving these so far
Loved the omage to Winger at the Valiant (2:30ish min) both..
Please go by the Traveler booth. They’re one of the most interesting brands right now, I’d love to hear their plans for this year.
Ruf and Feshe look pretty interesting, too bad you cant find the price on the Feshe website
Did you get a chance to see Matthew Mills playing with REVV amps? I think he walks by in the background with a guitar on his back at 5:38
Go check out KLOS Guitars! They have affordable carbon fiber, both electric and acoustic - all kinds of instruments!
Also, you’re not going to visit your bestie at Chapman?! 😉😂
Great finds! You’re showing stuff people aren’t showing elsewhere and some popular stuff. Great mix!
Hell yea! I heard that Winger riff 🤘
No way the Rev vendor busted out that MGK monstrosity of a guitar…I thought it was a joke guitar.
I'd really love a Valiant guitar.
Who cares about the big brands. NAMM is for innovation and creativity.
Carbon fibre tiger stripe guitar looked dope. Love that there using the carbon like that!
KDH Dovydas collab we needed
Great coverage. Go Ruff, Go Mayones :)
Shout out to pure Salem for having a left handed guitar in their display. Watching these videos is low-key making me sad as a leftie
18:16
Those Valiant guitars sounded awesome
I see you're using the same preamp that I use on the floor. The h4n pro is a great microphone but be sure to use the shotgun microphone to all but eliminate Namm noise. You'd be surprised how much this helps. @gearsounds does this
awesome! thank you
Genius theme song again. My belly hurts.😂
I am so impressed by Valiant
Ha! I knew Glen would be all over the Magnatone for some demo riffing!!! Yes!!! :)
Love this guy! Young know it all, very hard to impress, reminds me of myself at that age. His videos are usually him bitching, but this kid can play also! Great NAMM content!
Would love to try the Magnatone combo amps.
That green Valiant looks awesome.
that 7string jazz from valiant is like something from my dreams
I liked the Winger nudge :P
Fulltone is making a comeback I’m excited to see what they can revive or if they developed other pedals
Those Valiants are fascinating! They need some marketing!
That green one sounds INCREDIBLE
14:07 The guitar with the rock albums on it was very cool. Anyone know the price? Or have a link to that specific guitar?
Wouldn't stage lighting play havoc on the tuning of an all aluminum guitar? My friend Frank had an aluminum neck Kramer 450G IIRC that refused to stay in tune under stage lighting. You could play a note and hear it go sharp as the guitar warmed up.
