I have been searching for jobs in Sweden and also applied for the same job role positions in Volvo. Unfortunately they are simply rejecting my profile even I have complete automotive software industry experience.i don’t know the reason why they are not interested to process my profile, what I’m thinking is that may be I’m from outside of Sweden could be a reason.could you please guide me how to get into like job apply process etc. it would be very helpful to me.Actually I’m from Kurnool 😊.Thank you for all informative insights. Your guess is right. First they look in the same company for replace or new role then within Sweden then may be EU then other candidates who need visa and has really skill. So no strange you get rejected. Same for us even So do not get dissaopinted and continue to apply . Market is not open as well and specially Volvo is not taking putside profile unless really needed
