1) Players
2) Commentators
Players put a lot of effort and do something (it may be videos, sports, painting, etc...). They know how much background effort is needed to do even a small thing. So they don't comment negatively towards others.
Commentators (especially negative ones) never do any hardwork and they don't know how much effort (planning, editing, patience, consistency, creativity, etc...) needed to do things, so they easily comment on others.
My answer to those commentators is : before commenting on others, I request you to do something useful to the society (at least for 1 year), then you are eligible to comment. If you really put effort into doing something good to society, I am confident that you will never comment negatively on others. Instead, you will support or encourage them.
