One thing that has kept me from trying a glass pen: if the tip gets chipped, broken, or worn the whole pen is trash. If there was a way to switch out the tips like with traditional dip pens or repurpose the pen I'd have tried these a long time ago!
I think you can sand the tip if it gets worn down

I mean you can always keep it as a decoration to if you want
I was hoping if it get chipped, you could get varying strokes 😅 I guess it's just my imagination
They’re quite cheap and you can always shape the tip with sandpaper or a file if it chips… so don’t let that hold you back from getting 1… or 3!

when cleaning; I just use tap water then wipe it with tissue paper/paper towel.

However i have a question if thats okay.. why glass pen? Whats different in it that makes it attractive?

Cleaning pens: Ordinary ammonia, which you can buy in the cleaning supplies department, works very well on India Ink.

I have a glass pen and ink I got yesterday for Christmas and using it but being careful with the ink because it bleeds through the paper what should I do?
What brand of glasspen would you recommend for beginners like me (available in Germany)
So I really need help! I bought a new glass dip pen (the one with a longer nip) and accidentally chipped the tip of it. Do I sand it down or something? I would really appreciate some advice.
I'm not sure what you mean by longer nip, but you can definitely try sanding it down to see if that helps. Sometimes they are still usable, but depending, you may need a new one

Can I use any kind of ink while using a glass pen?
can you help me? my pen can't write and I don't know if I have to do something before I use it. I got sand paper with it
I'm not sure why you got sand paper with it. I would recommend my glass pen kit that I custom curate. It is linked in my video
Sometimes you have to thoroughly clean it first. And ink can start to dry in the grooves after 3-4 dips, so keep a jar of water when you draw to periodically clean/wet the pen and prevent ink drying in the crevices. Keep a piece of paper towel handy to wipe of water, rub off the dry ink.

You can buy these on AliExpress for 5 or 6 bucks. I wouldn't bother with the ink though, it's crap.

Do you know what the strange squares of cloth like sheets that have adhesive on one side & the wierd packets filled with some dark grainy substance in with the words .. please put adhesive sheet on this side ... Is used for ?
