Thanks for the videos all r great hope your job has worked it self out. Could you tell me where you was fishing when you lost your rod and real it was very funny sense it wasn't mine glad you got it back. Be safe out there.
Excellent video! Regarding the slime, I haven’t tried the sand trick with Gafftop slime, but when I’d be cleaning conch in PR, I’d always make sure to bring a bag of sand with me if I wasn’t cleaning them on the beach. Rub the sand on the slimy hands, the dryer the sand the better. It’ll clump onto the sand and you can wash it off with water. Hopefully it works with Gafftop slime, too!
I saw the same rod holders for sale at a major hardware store. I picked it up and noticed the flimsy design. If you own a few, zip-tie the PVC to the aluminum stake.
Have you gone and tried Indian Point yet. I'm itching to go but want to know what is being caught??. Yep, you lucky that you got that rod/reel back. Love the video.
you mentioned corona lol immediately got my attention, i'll buy you a few man, thats my choice as well lol nothing better then a cold beer with a few poles in the water
Lost a big fish or something on dead mullet cut mullet at North Beach. What do you think it was??? And would you ever do a video from there when it's not packed. There's was people there today but I was able to fish. Had a pole in my pole holder fishing on the bench I got in the water to cast my rod. Hopefully one day you can fish there and hopefully catch something because I want to know what's in there?? Whatever I hooked busted my line.
Yo man love the content I'm new to Corpus still try to find some fishing spots and my wife and I saw you at HEB ....lol she was star struck and scared to say hi 😂 .... I want to go to packery channel but it's always to packed and big ass boulders ....do you know how to get to packery channel without the boulders?
Heavy duty rod holders are readily available at most bigger bait shops and sporting goods stores and they are well worth the price. They last indefinitely and don't lose your gear. Also DIY vids are numerous and are great alternatives.
Putting way too much shrimp brotha. Never any need to put a whole shrimp. If you put a whole shrimp its gonna get stolen more than youll get a bite. The smaller the chunk the better. Pinkle nail on average. Thumbnail size at most.
Well, in Walmart’s defense, it wasn’t designed to withstand a flying Pelican. 😂. Excellent video. Glad you were able to get your equipment back.
LOL I guess you're right thanks for watching
In the end , it is just like you stated. You got out of the house and had fun.................Glad you snagged that rod

You could fish the packery Channel Park no boulders. Other than this, under the 361 bridge right before you turn to oackery. Or area by boat ramp
Moving to Corpus in two weeks. Hoping to see you fishing on the beach. I need a few pointers
That’s good you got your fishing pole back

Clean that reel up, fresh oil and grease and it will be just fine
