Good show. The Gunther Priest match was unfortunate. The location botch at the most critical juncture with the double roll to get Gunther to the ropes for the pin attempt was just so bad and killed the Balor involvement. That’s two massive botches for Priest that have just destroyed his short term title run. He just seems to lose focus and doesn’t process quickly. Wrestlers get lost in the ring often, but you’ve to come up with something better than double rolling your opponent over to the turncoat to make the story happen. The simple save would have been to call for a second SOH to get him closer to the ropes. It would have made perfect story sense because it’s common for wrestlers to do multiple finishers on high caliber opponents like Gunther. Rolling him to the ropes was just lazy mentally.

It seems like he always slams his legs in the corner of the announce table when he does the splash, and if he was really hurt shouldn’t the camera have panned away like it normally does if someone is genuinely hurt? Also him smacking the barricade as hard as he did to show he was hurt really could j b bc he is that powerful and really wanted to sell the injury. Plus let’s be honest Jacob fatu could have stepped up to Roman but keeping him away from Roman is a smart idea at least for a tiny bit until bloodline civil war 2.0 starts to COOK.
