For when you get to your Helmets, Look into medieval helmet liners, they're WAY more comfortable imo and lighter than most modern padding solutions. great video and a solid start on the armor. still needs a few adjustments. bottom wings on chest armor need to come in a bit more for a better fit If I remember correctly didn't you plan on making twi'lek mandos ?

I don't think so. I don't think it would get hot enough for the thicker stuff. But maybe for the thinner material. Just not sure it would be hot enough.
@@TheSmugglersRoom Ok thanks
great video and a solid start on the armor. still needs a few adjustments. bottom wings on chest armor need to come in a bit more for a better fit
If I remember correctly didn't you plan on making twi'lek mandos ?
Thank you. It’s coming along. Did a little extra forming, although the mannequin is a little more flat than I am. On me the armor fits pretty snug.
We were doing a Twi-Lek style originally. However with how close we are to celebration we may not have enough time to go that route. But we can always go back and add that to new helmets.
@@TheSmugglersRoom I designed a twi'lek mando helmet and i'm currently in the process of making a mold for selling resin cast copies
I would be willing to send you one when ready as a free sample
@@markuspotsch8194 WHOA!!! That would be so great!! My wife really wants to have a Twi'lek version!
