No offence, I've seen a lot of Malaysians believed the false Uyghur narratives from the West. Why do Malaysians believe and helping the West that had persecuted 10's of millions of Muslims to spread these very harmful false narratives that affects the livelihood of Muslims in Xinjiang? Aren't they skeptical about the veracity of these news from the West that had persecuted so many Muslims worldwide? Not trying to be confrontational but it's disappointing to see the Muslim community is so easily manipulated by the West. Maybe the local TV stations in Malaysia can do a travel program featuring Xinjiang to help people see what Xinjiang is really like.

Yes they seem very sympathetic but, Chinese fashist regime commiting genocide against Uyghur Turkic people and other ethnic groups. Because they have no respect to non-chinese people. So they are trying to assimilate them.
There are over 3 million Uyghur Turkic people in concentration camps under ongoing genocide and oppression.
Propaganda officers of the Chinese intelligence are actively working on social media to hide their genocide and to create the perception that they are all good towards the Uyghur Turks and other ethnic groups.
Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google and UA-cam are banned in China.
There are many English Speaking, Turkish-speaking, French-speaking and Croatian-speaking Chinese content creators who try to make China seem sympathetic to the outside world. which is committing genocide against the Uyghurs and other ethnic minorities.

I am from Kashgar. I feel the same way when I visit Turkey. I haven’t been able to visit Kashgar since 1995. I have visited Turkey 5 times, covering most of the popular tourist destinations. Uyghur language is quite close to Turkish, most basic vocabulary and sentence structures are the same, numbers are all the same. I didn’t take me long to learn Turkish by watching Turkish shows on UA-cam. Initially, understood about 60-70% of the dialogues, after about three months, I was able to understand pretty much everything except some cultural subtleties that you need a living experience to comprehend. Now, I can speak, read and write in Turkish, which allows me to visit off the beaten path locations where no one speaks English. I noticed cultural similarities are quite striking in Rural arias, which made me feel like I was visiting Kashgar countryside.

@@Xray888 Forcing women to wear headscarves is discrimination and oppression against women. No normal woman wants to wrap herself up. Women in Xinjiang are very open and fashionable. China is chasing THEY behind, maybe within one or two decades China will overall exceed each one of THEM if THEY do not take some action. repeatedly shaking hands & repeatedly hitting other’s hand is a common behavior when bargaining price in Xinjiang bazaar. Not because of they’re familiar with each other, just bargains😂especially in North Xinjiang, where used to be Jungar Mongolian. the major ethnicities are Mongolian, Uyghur, Han. And many other minor ethnicities. They speak their mother tongue and different accent mandarins. Language barriers may exist. Shaking hands frequently may be a way to show friendliness. And prevent misunderstandings leading to some bad situations.
