I don't see Trevor sitting down on the team. He is not that kind of guy. It is fully justified to hold him out and make sure he is okay. We know the season is lost.
Does nobody else find it super weird that they haven’t said what actually happened to his shoulder. It was just soreness and now it is surgery like nobody has said if it’s his ac joint or what type of shoulder injury it is or why it would require surgery. Even Doug was very vague saying it’s an upper body injury when asked. Very weird all around. Maybe they keep Trevor out till the bye fire everyone and then let Trevor play the end of that easier schedule and look good for a coach to come in next year
He had a torn labrum repairs coming out of college It was obviously hurt before halftime last week Seems like it could be retorn…and does TLaw want to mess with it
Seems to me like “weighing his options” probably means with respect to the health of his shoulder and his ability to perform- might be weighing surgery vs longer term injury risk. He said early in the week that he needed to make sure he was doing the thing that gave the team the best chance to win. Also worth noting that Doug was straight up noncommittal on Lawrence playing this week in his Monday or Tuesday presser
I believe that it is the coaching staff that is trying to decide if he should play or heal. Trevor would play without an arm if they would let him. Trevor is a baller and wants to play and wants to win. If given a decent OL and WR's that could get open and catch would take him to the Suoerbowl
tank for number 1 draft pick and make big moves trade back aquire more picks and some elite talent same way the bears traded back got dj moore and some future 1st rd picks
Im starting to notice that you tend to give Tlaw too much of a pass. You seem to not hold him responsible for the fact that he isn’t playing well, or that he isn’t going to be playing at all. It was a horrendous throw at the end of that game, and that was nowhere near anything that he should have even tried to pull off despite the call with situational awareness. I think it’s time you start looking at things objectively. Tlaw may not be it man.
I just don’t get this. Trevor is practicing and is the guy that would play injured regardless of teams record. Is there any chance that this is a chance that Doug asked for a game with mac jones as a last ditch effort. Cause we know that there is infighting with him and Doug. So maybe Doug is saying they losing cause of Trevor so Trevor is saying okay I’ll sit out and u guys can lose by even more than they usually have, so that Doug gets fired and that’s what they mean by Trevor weighing options for the future.
The only other thing I can think is that shad khan just saw his franchise qb getting injured and said I don’t want him getting hurt more I’m gonna sit him out and let Doug struggle so I have more reason to fire everyone.
Why would Trevor want to stay in Jacksonville? Yes, DUUUVAL treats him well, but those outside of Jacksonville blame him for the dysfunction on the field. Meanwhile, you trade his LT and his protection has taken a step back yet again. You flirted with trading Etienne and Kirk. No signs of firing Trent Baalke and an owner who is content sitting on his hands to correct the issues.
Trevor go ahead and give ya boy Mac Jones a bone and let him play the rest of the year so he can get some tape and get on another team lol. I doubt we win many of these upcoming games anyways
I'll believe it when I see he's like baalke when they mess up they have a go scrip baalke start making trades Trevor pretends he's hurt remember last year the fumble that cost us the game in the red zone they bought cj beathard in he won the next game Trevor mysteriously gets healthy the next game and you know what happen he is not going to let a backup expose him and baalke we stuck with this situation.
@ yeah but who knows how the pain is affecting him now. In the heat of the game it probably wasn’t that significant but after all that adrenaline settled down it may be worse off. They are just saying upper body injury
@@lloydthomas11 True, just saying I don’t blame him. When Trevor played free and loose and allowed to make reads, literally any second half we had this season. He looks great. When he plays scripted like a robot trying to get Press Taylor’s plan to work. It always go down hill, aka every first half this season lol. Plus Doug hasn’t said who is the playcaller, does he think we are dumb.
Mac Jones era finna begin like when Brady took over for Bledsoe. Mac to BTJ combo is gonna be redonkulous.
I would love to see it
Sure😂
This is some prime cope
@macgobhann8712 look at the it just 🍖 riding

I think he will sit out lol.
He wants to sit out so he can avoid more losses and criticism for his bad play.
Thank you, GenJag.

The coaching staff sound like politicians.
Big Mac incoming

When did he start just saying
Dalton of UCF Jaguar said Trevor hurt his non throwing shoulder which looks like it will require season ending injury.
Good thing we got a C+ QB2
Ucf jaguar don't know shit 😂😂😂
If Mac jones balls out things are gonna get spooky
Mac won't ball out lol
The "Trevor is a fraud" people are going to have a field day
@Spam-pq2sg not in this scheme lol
He won't.
Let's not forget the drops

Shouldn't have to play from behind every week your team sucks in a whole plus there was definitely a hand in his face
The saddest part is, there are a lot of champion level players on this team that are being failed by the staff and front office.
rock ,paper ,scissors 😂😂😂 That was sarcasm..
Even so, no room for sarcasm and jokes on a 2-7 team
@manuelmenacho736 Well right now this team is a joke so it all makes sense

I think you are dead on.
With your first explanation
I agree
Pulls an Andrew luck and retires

Trade him to the jets for a pick round 2-4

Trevor is the man, but yeah there is nothing worth risking him for.
I just have a feeling Doug is gonna stay ans so is Trent. I hope I am dead wrong but idk man.
Trevor wants to wear the shell white hat. Jaguars wanna showcase Mac for draft capital.
This team is a mess, too many red flags for a professional team. Don’t go by what they say, go by what they do. They signed CJ, Trevor isn’t playing.
Gotta slide. That hit against the Eagles
Agreed but wasn’t it his non-throwing shoulder?

Shame on Shad for not pulling the plug on this garbage
He should shut it down the season is over your not going on a run like they did in 2022
He needs to consider having surgery…
And why give up your health for. Staff that is screwing him and not supporting him
That contract takes goes through in 2 years cut him now
Now we can cut him
Lol, no we can't
