Hi Marta! Thanks so much for sharing. The idea about keeping your larger nursery pots was a great idea 💡 which I’m definitely going to try. I will have a 15 gallon nursery container from a new tree I just bought and now it has a new purpose! 😊🌷🌼🌸
Hi Marta good video I did not realize how warm your zone is till this video. Here in Canada in Zone 3B if we plant bulbs in pots we have to sink our pots into the ground cause the pots will freeze solid and that will kill the bulbs. You’re lucky to have a nice climate where you do not have to do that. So I usually just plant straight into the ground due to our cold harsh winters of -40c or colder at times.
I love the choices you made for your container. I also like Angelique tulips and always plant some containers with Angeliques. Then I pick some other beautiful varieties of tulips that I know won't naturalize but will be great for containers. I have to mulch the tops of my containers and also put Repels All powder repellent on top of the mulch to try and keep the squirrels from digging up the bulbs. Like you, I keep the containers under the eaves of the roof until spring.
Hi Marta, love lasagna, I've known people to do this layer look but I love now we can call it lasagna planting. I'm waiting for my order of bulbs to come in, like you, I'm so excited!! I'm gardening here in PA, USA🌷
The one time I did this my bulbs rotted and now I know why. I'll try again this year. Have you ever kept a pot planted and had them re-bloom the following year?
I've just started gardening in the Netherlands. I used to live in the Southern hemisphere. This climate is very new to me. Thank you for this!
Nice sharing.. 👍👍
I'd never thought of putting alliums to my bulb lasagna, what a great idea!
Hope you enjoy

Can’t wait to see this pot next Spring 🌹 Thanks for sharing.
I've always wanted to create a bulb lasagne, and this tutorial is so helpful. Excited to have a colorful garden for an extended period.

Wzrusza mnie zawsze ta historia o sadzeniu cebul w chorobie. Dobrze, że to już za Tobą, bo możemy podziwiać Twój piękny ogród Martuś 😊❤

This sounds amazing if there is a lot of rain in the spring will the pot make it or rot the bulbs. I want to try it! I didn't see you add crocuses ?
❤❤❤
how do we see the result of this pot
Hello everyone, what do you keep from your bulb lasagne after bloom?
I was hoping to see the results… 😕
