Even if it's 31 days of timelapse footage of you typing in the library, saying how cold it is in edinburgh, and talking a little bit about literature those are literally the best things about your vlogs. Idk why watching someone studying for long periods of time motivates me to study, and you talking about literature is extremely refreshing since I study medicine and can get quite overwhelming. And (almost) every time i watch your vlogctobers i have to turn on the AC so it's cold, wrap myself in a cozy blanket, & make tea so i can pretend that im in edinburgh and not scorching hot all-year round Saudi Arabia. Anyway spent a lot of time on this comment lol gotta hit the library myself!

I don't care if it is the same thing daily - I just enjoy videos from you everyday and your work ethic is extremely motivating! I'm not studying this Vlogtober (I graduated from Uni last week) but i'm working now and a lot of my stuff is still personal deadlines as a creative and online content creator so you are still be incredibly helpful with kicking my butt into gear.

I love how you have an attention for small details, like the cable with the polaroids is the same colour as the desk lamp. I see this also in your outfits. You're such an inspiration to me! I enjoy watching your vlogs a lot and I'm super excited for this new vlogtober! Don't worry, it's nice and relaxing to watch your videos, it's not boring at all! At least for a student like me.

I'm an English lit student at Stirling uni and in 4th year too- watching your vlogs are basically like me watching what I'm doing everyday this month too 😂 it always gets my back up a little when people think because you are only in a few hours a week you do nothing with your time- being a uni student is hard work, regardless what you study. I think you showing your studies and stuff is great, even if you think it's repetitive. I feel like we all really love your vlogs because the content is so different from everyone else's. It's rare to see someone who does UA-cam take pride in their studies and it's so motivating to see you work so hard. While on the surface your "study day vlogs" might seem boring to you, but actually it's content that we rarely get on UA-cam and judging by everyone's comments it's some of our favourite vlogs to watch!! :D
Rewatching this vlog and reminiscing my college days. I used to watch you everyday when I get ready for classes. You motivated me a lot during my last year of college. I just graduated this past May and I miss college so much.

I think what draws people most to vlogs in general is either people being chatty and talking about their life, what they study, etc, as well as seeing them do regular everyday things. It's nice when people vlog going out, but generally that winds up being quite short because they're too distracted doing whatever it is that they went out to do. If you're studying or hanging around the flat, you in some sense end up with a lot more vlogging material. So don't worry at all! I know we all enjoy Vlogtober a lot :)

Being a Lit student myself, I personally love these kinds of vlogs! I love hearing about what people from other universities read, and it motivates me to get my own reading done!
I feel like I would not mind clips of study sessions in the library, it truly puts me in a study mood. I totally agree with you on that even if you have already covered the reading in class you will still read it anyway, it's so annoying.

IVE WAITED FOR THIS ALL YEAR! & honestly, I watch ONLY your vlogs (literally, no others) because of how down to earth and real you are. You're not trying to show off some glamorous, unrealistic lifestyle. It's comfortable to watch and (just like your room) it has an element of coziness that nobody else on youtube seems to have in their vlogs.
i was procrastinating on doing my hw all day and night...then I turned on this and listened to Jess as I finished it.
I would literally watch a 30 min long library video, we kinda need that since most of us just started a new school year so a little extra motivation is always super nice 🐰

I'm so excited for Vlogtober 2016! I spent the past month watching Vlogtober 2014 and 2015 to get excited and to wait until October came. I also absolutely don't mind chill days, I'm a student too and I completely understand what it's like. Your vlogs make us so happy, no matter what they're about, so don't worry about the content too much. :)

Also, you're probably the only other person out there who hates the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara as much as I do.
I've bought into the hype, caved in & purchased it and I was thoroughly disappointed. The formula is too wet, the brush is too big and too messy, its clumps and then flakes, and to top it all off, it transferred like crazy and I had panda eyes by the end of the day. It also was a hassle for me to get it all off, even with a waterproof eye make-up remover. Plus the packaging is heavy AF. I know it supposed to feel "luxurious" but at least make the damn thing gold and not baby-pink if that's the feel you're going for...
Anyway, an all-around flop really, and not a cheap one at that.

Nicole Chow yeah they are always a reliable mascara for me! I feel like you could try any of them and be happy with the result (however they work best with less product on the brush)
