The already dead bodies fleeing to avoid resurrection took a physical laugh out of me, LMAO.
They're the skeletons in nihlathak's portal, they're only pretending to be dead. But somehow, you can summon skeletons out of them pretending.

Facts!
Someone has been hanging around with a certain tea-obsessed brit. He also enjoys summoning boney boys while fabulously breaking games.
i thought he did. That's why he was making the noises of being hit while summoning the revives. Well, being hurt plus being oom
The bit here he dies, which happens so easily and his army just goes with him is so unforgettable when multiplaying.
It is LOUD too when a full summoner Necro leaves the game.

There is just no way to describe the accuracy of this series. You MUST be a long time player to understand all that is going on. As someone who played every class for over a decade, I still couldn't make this series as accurate as it is. Bravo! I enjoy every single episode
Necro will always be my favorite “okay, now you guys go play the game for me” class ever.
Nothing sums up a true Diablo 2 necromancer than your entire Skelton army being 1 shotted by Diablo's firewave on Normal because as a kid you didn't understand what elemental damage was

Reminds me how much i struggled with most bosses solo as necro, then once D2R released and I learned of cheesing them with Iron Maiden + Bone Prison, I suddently felt so dumb
@@worldiefeard8396 I hate that they made it impossible to do with just your summons. I mean: this is my specialisation, why are they doing 6x normal damage against my particular skillset?
@@egregius9314 you still can, just you have to also uuuh be a bit more creative. I've cleared Hell on my own on both d2r release and this season on the necro and it boils down to bringing with you sufficiently stupid revived monsters (es, council members for mephisto/baal) on top of everything else, and if you dont want to do reflect cheeses, Decrepify + ranked up stone golem basically make them die of old age

My first necro playthrough. I had to pretty much clear every World during that fight again to constantly resummon.
In my very first playthrough, this fact got me so desperate that I tried to kill Diablo with a sword.
Then you wall off throw bone spears while running away and potting.
Clay golem + decrepify. Slow diablo down to a crawl.
Budget explanations until the real one arrives (no obvious gags explanation):
00:00 to 00:07 Necromancer uses all his raise skeleton slots
00:08 Necromancer resurrects the undead warriors that pretend to be dead in act 5
00:10 to 00:14 Necromancer uses all his raise skeleton mage slots
00:15 dozens of undead attack the necromancer army and die
00:16 to 00:28 Necromancer resurrects monsters (independent from the raise skeleton skills) until he is bored
00:30 Necromancer finally joins teammates, Baal already dead and looted (Skeletons enter portal), Tyrael waiting forever for anyone to bother talking to him about saving the world
00:40 Necromancer ragequits killing his entire army (and waldo) in town, someone gotta clean it up
00:45 Necromancer uses teleport to move his giant army to instantly kill everything
00:52 Necromancer uses iron golem to destroy a rare item
00:56 Necromancer dies/leaves and so does the golem, bye rare item
01:20 Stabbed to death
00:28 The revived monster dies because revive has a 3 minute time limit and the raising the full army takes so long

My first character, playing mainly solo, was a summon-focused necromancer. Duriel was a complete brick wall for that guy.
Bone walls from a wand help, he sometimes have issues pathing through em if done at angle, amd he can stillbe hit by golem/ merc.
All you need is a golem and the Iron Maiden curse.
The skeleton bursting into a skeleton has always been my most "bruh XD" memory since forever.

Missed the part where he has to go to the Blood Moor and smack a Fallen for 20 minutes to get the first corpse.
Oh god Hell difficulty sucked until I realized that THIS is the reason that you need to max out one of your golems.
That's why he starts in Nihlathak’s Temple -- no need to kill anything, just portal in and start raising your army. 😄 Just make sure you never pick up the Halls of Pain waypoint or the portal goes away... 🙁
@@juliasophical Lol yeah, I guess I could respec away from my golem after I reach Act 5. But on the other hand, having the golem will probably save my butt during boss fights.
I respec'd to max out the clay golem after I BARELY completed the boss fight against Baal on Nightmare difficulty. My only other party member was a sorceress, we realized that our combined DPS was too low to win the fight before I ran out of minions to tank for us. She was also too squishy to get close enough to do Static Field. We went on a grocery run to pick up new skellies, and when we came back his health had completely regenerated!
In the end, we both loaded up on mana potions, and when my skellies were gone I just spammed clay golem (it could only survive one hit from the boss) until she eventually whittled him down.
After it was finally over, we just sat there for about 30 seconds, and then agreed that we both felt utterly pathetic after that fight. 😭😆
I think we probably BOTH respec'd after that fight. 😆

I remember as a teen back when Diablo 2 came out. I would do all of that summoning just to run to Diablo, have him 1 shot everything, and I'd run away to summon everything all over again.

The Summonmancer is without doubt the slowest build to play but once the ball gets rolling, it just bulldozes its way through everything.
You can solo all of Hell difficulty with a naked summoner so long as you can find one corpse to get started. By far the best PvM solo build.

Two words: Maggot Lair
When I played with other players I usually had the highest killing speed, when playing a summoner, even in the maggot lair and arcane sanctuary. However, other players blocking me could easily ruin the speed (especially when they where behind me).
Holy sh*t Carbot. I really enjoy the D2 series, played hundreds of hours with the game, so the gags are awsome and accurate. Giggled on alot of them so far. But man, this time the enigma summoner fallen deathball got me giggling and right after that the diadem iron golem troll... OMG, that hit the spot. Haven't had a ROFL moment time like this in a long time! Thanks man.

0:45 Necromancer made "Enigma" runeword item. This item let every characters use Sorcerer`s Teleport. This is specially strong for necromancer, because teleport will also move all his summons to one point.

As someone that used to play competetive ranked as a summonancer, this is painfully accurate lmao!
When tired of the Necromancer, he played the Druid. Druid makes it easier to farm pets, and ravens are generally immortal. The vines regenerate mana, and the movement speed is crazy.
The teleporting back to town with 400 skeletons was the best part

The diadem/tripping part really got me
that necromancer preparing his army... that's why you go about finding the most enemy congested areas (I.E. Shenk) and raise your army there (oh and have decent cast rate as well as a high mana pool.) every time that I've ran necro it's always been a summon curse necro. heavy mained into skeleton summoning with points mostly into clay golem. Yeah I had points into revive but that was just KINDA for fun. some of my other points went into amp damage and a few other curses. I think that I had iron maiden as well as lower resist curses as well.
