Here in Ontario Canada ❤️ we only have to go to one grocery store, we have a thing called price match and if what ever it is you want is cheaper at another grocery they will sell it to you at the same price as the other store and give you the discount that way you don't have to pay for the gas to go to different stores. I remember when I was a kid my mom would go from grocery store to grocery store to get what she needed that was on sale! But now the stores are in competition to get your business, so they will give you the item at the same price as the other store! Really enjoyed your video and I'm sorry you dropped your honey ❤️

We have the same thing in Montreal so I only go to one store and match everything I want
Thanks for sharing love. They have price match here too for some store . The thing is that not all the stores have the same exact products. Like the coconut milk for eg. , The specific brand I like is only found at Trader Jo’s so I’d have to go there for it .

spur tree brown stew is good. You don't have to use browing when using it. It's like seasoning and browning mixed together. Also Mangoes have distinct taste.
Wow, first of all much love to you Rochielin and the family but this video was hard for me to watch because I was feeling nostalgic and became a full-time vegan within this month I was watching your past videos. After the years of seeing you interview so much Ital & Konscious liberators of our people it was difficult for me to see their words and advice didn't reach you as deep as it has influenced me. Then I had to realize the content in those videos we're more for us and the views were for you and holding these words at a higher aspect and actually doing your own research and applying it to your life might not matter as much to you.... 😞
Oh I see you have to get your Jamaican products from different shop so our supermarkets here in the UK sell Jamaican stuff so we dont have to stress about going from place to place

Eggplant is ok but when you cook it soak it in salt to get rid of the bitterness. Tastes best roasted or in a lasagna.
Shaun need to go to jamaica during mango season and eat diffrent mangoes.Yes they taste diffrent.The mangoes in us is poor quality to me.
Hey! Get a "Restaurant Depot" card. You're a UA-camr so you should be able to apply. Only folks with business cam get the card. Trust me u need it. $54 for a box a red snapper with 20 fish in the box. It's cheap there because it's for business owner. Get that card girl

Welcome to America. Yes it's normal for us to go to several stores to grocery shop . We usually go to the warehouse stores for some items and then go to the regular supermarkets for smaller items. It all depends on your tastes though. We don't eat meat or dairy products so fruits and veggies are our staple diet. It's fun to shop around so enjoy. And the price of food has increased . P.S. don't spray the air fresheners as you will offend people especially if they have allergies to the sprays.
The spur tree seasoning is bomb! Lol they make even my dishes seem like my husband made it.

I want to know why you need browning to cook. it adds noting to the dish but make it dark.
Hence the name “brown stew” that’s the reason why some people use it.
Eggplant curried is nice. I cut up some pumpkin in it and a little coconut milk. Serve it over rice or with roti skin (buss up)

Yes , I do . I normally go to Costco and get large quantity of meat , rice , can stuff ( beans ) & like you I also go to Trader Joe’s for the organic stuff and I love there grapefruit soda.

I live in the US also, but I shop at different places also, but rarely on the same day. I usually shop at one grocery place on different days. Most of my grocery places are not right around the corner from each other.

You should not test the sprays as if you do not buy it, you are robbing the customers who do,.
My weekly groceries are about $80 for a single person in Florida. Aldi’s/Publix/Fancy Fruit.
Even in ja deboned chicken is more expensive than boned chicken.
All Spur Tree products are good. You should try the Brown Stew sauce and the Spice It Up sauce (if u like spice)
My grocery bill is apps JMD40k monthly. About 4 supermarkets + the market - have to search and shop around.

I go to different markets but usually not the same day. Also I find produce and meat is better at Trader Joe's/Publix/Whole foods than at Walmart. I shop weekly, spend about 800+ per month for family of three.
