    I met the music of Dream Theater in 1998-1999... Still had t luck to see a Ibanez JPM 100, like always... In my country (México) was a very expansive instrument... But not at level of Majesty or JP Ernie Ball...
    Still are a one of my fav guitars of all time alongside Jeff Hanneman, Chris De Garmo, or Kirk Hammett ESP.

      I have a Japanese Jem and a US JP13 and I think they're both pretty much as perfect as you could make a guitar. Just different design choices between them. I know the Jem is not what he's playing but it's of that level. Imo the flagships guitars from Ibanez and Ernie Ball are of similar levels of quality.

      maybe but i rather said 90's petrucci is better than current petrucci. after portnoy leaves the DT, petrucci is not the same as the original version of petrucci. He is sounds just like a robot now, at least for me.

    • @thiagoglino
      @thiagoglino Рік тому +4

      @@PyroShredder982 Yes, 'just' a RG, with wizard 3 neck, and that is why Ibanez RGs sells 100x more RGs than any MM Majesty. Music and play guitar are for everyone, not only for those little mommy boys that loves the expensive guitars…

    • @alvaroruizruiz7538

      @@indyjones7841 exactly. Also, it's not the instrument, but the player so who cares? Even if some tool is better than other it won't matter if you don't know how to use it. Players will even change endorser brands just because of service and availability, imagine being endorsed by kiesel or similar brand, yeah they do make amazing guitars, but you are sold when you need replacements while in the road touring, whereas being endorsed by a bigger brand it's a different story. It's not always about the instrument.

      "뽕"(is pronounced as "ppong" or "bbong") in Korean means Enka(one of traditional Japanese music genres) and some feelings of oriental music(or East Asian music).
      "필("peel" or "feel")" has the meaning of "feel(s)", "vibe(s)", and "mood(s)".
      And I don't know the exact reason but some Asians often feel or talk that way about idyllic music or performance.🤔
      We can often get some oriental vibes from Marty Friedman's playing and I guess it would be nice if you could understand in that context.
