Travis has yet to play a complete season in college football. He's a tremendous talent with incredible upside, but thats not how the rating work in video games. They have to take into account strengths and weaknesses and so far, his only weakness seems to be that he gets hurt..... maybe, if he focused on one side of the ball, he would be able to get to that 99 rating.
What do you eyes tell you? He got taken out by a cheapshot and nobody can do the things he does. That's what the definition of the best is and this game has been dead for 20 years, so saying CFB 25 works is speculation, that is unless you are in the room doing the ratings, in that case u shouldn't even been speaking.
