I'll leave that to the former protagonist. Did you know he's cried something like a dozen times in canon? It gets worse with official sources allowed for (as with GT). Dude was 50+ and still bawling. Incredible. Hell, waterworks were tied to "SS4". Also, piss. And a questionable relationship with his grand-daughter (Koyama tried, but it got weird **AT would have done the same if forced down this route versus just ignoring her per canon**). That boy sure did miss the nutsack of his groomer. Based on the naked vision of his prince, he probably wanted nothing more than to use THOSE "pillows", but the royal padding was never going to be his to nestle his nose in. No, he had to run off with a little brown boy in the end.

Goku’s wife is Chi Chi and my head canon says she’s actually really strong, but prefers to only train with Goku privately and that usually turns into them having sex in their bed when their sons are around to hear them going at it. Anyways, my point is that he trains with her when he isn’t training with Vegeta, there’s no way Vegeta can ever surpass Goku because he has no one else strong enough to train with him. 😉
He does have the gravity machine though, and in DBS, he had Whis for his own for a bit, but that’s about as far as it goes for training advantages that he had that I can think of
But no sex training, at least not to the same intensity as Goku’s training with Chi Chi
