I've been photographing digitally for 15 years but I only use Manual when the light doesn't change or I want a special effect (long exposures). I prefer Tv or Av (and exposure compensation when needed). If I'd shot a wedding in M, 90% of my pics would end up in the garbage bin. And I wouldn't be able to focus on what happens, always fiddling with the settings.

If your old like myself that’s all I ever knew was shooting in manual..try explaining this to someone with an iPhone that slaps filters on everything and quotes…” look I’m a photographer”. Sorry..just had to let that one out. When I first clicked on your video I had a stroke for a split second because I thought you said read the manual…
