I just have a fear of being a bad person, I know I don’t want to be but I get images that I hate and I’ll feel disgusted about myself and I think it’s because I’ve seen too much through social media. And I’m just scared because the thoughts are overwhelming, I know I don’t want to commit yet the thoughts make it seem like I want to or do, even though deep down it’s not who I am.

There IS something wrong with me. I have a problem. I have both OCD and ASD and I think they play a role in my relationship with my mom. I'm so sensitive and defensive, and I get into arguments with her. And I think they're mostly my fault. I'm actually jealous of her--that she's usually right or innocent and I'm usually wrong or guilty. That she hardly ever has anything to apologize for, that it's much more appropriate coming from me. Let's face it--life isn't as simple as everybody makes mistakes and has flaws. Some people are REALLY flawed and defined by that. Look at certain celebrities and politicians. In many relationships, there's one person who's pretty much always innocent while the other is pretty much always guilty; the constant cause of their conflicts or issues, the one who's worthy of saying "I'm sorry." That's me. I feel like my mom is better than me. I would've been fine if she messed up or was morally wrong every now and then so that we'd be equal as human beings, but no, it's pretty much always me. And it's not as simple as "change the behavior." That's what my mom wants, way more than an apology (she forgives and moves on easily). That's the contradiction. You might say, "Duh, John, then stop the behavior," and I don't do that, even though it's what _she_ wants. In my worst moments, I'm emotionally wrecked and her unintentional offenses get to me and I make our long talks overwhelming for her. And I shouldn't do that. It adds to the list of John's faults. I'm always losing to my mom. I always apologize in the end and buy her treats, but I end up screwing up again and being an asshoIe. I'd take a buIIet for her, and honestly, that would cure my pain and guiIt. Better me than her, of course.

Also do thoughts about a relationship like always thinking about not loving your partner or wanting to break up with them. Can that turn into true feelings or is it just the thoughts and me thinking it’s feeelings

Do you think relationship ocd / anxiety and harm ocd or anything can run together. Also can it be like an endless cycle where it stays for months and you literally can’t think or do anything else other than think about the ocd intrusive thoughts. Also do you think antidepressants can enhance your ocd / anxiety
