When you go to your orders and try to return it. They will ask if you want to return via paczkomat. And they will provide the code with instruction to return.

When you order something online. For example from Allegro. It gives you many delivery options to select. One of them is Paczkomat Inpost. When you select that, it will ask which Paczkomat, and show you available Paczkomat near you on Map. You can select the nearest Paczkomat and purchase item. Now days they have Allegro One Points as well similar to these.
