First woman was the world's ultimate narcissist. Only thinking of self from start to finish.
OP is also a bonehead. You don't take back a woman after she cheats on the 3% chance she actually changes. Once a woman doesn't respect you you're doomed. Think about it, if she cheated she already didn't respect him. She hid it from him and used him, even less respect. Then when caught she begged him and the moment he took her back her respect for him went negative. At that point she was somebody else's girl.

If they blame him for her death, they don't have to accept that their daughter did horrible shit to a poor guy that just tried to love her. Now they can remember her as a deeply wronged, deeply troubled, heartbroken girl, they can forget that she was sleeping around, got caught, convinced her husband to stay, then fucked another guy again. They can completely forget her short comings and remember her as an angel now. Also instead of coming to terms with her death as a completely self inflicted suicide, they can hold hate and resentment for her husband. They don't have to think about how they failed in how they raised her and they don't have to think about how they failed in stopping her from hanging herself. It makes sense, I don't blame them for blaming him, it's a coping mechanism, however his Mom is a bitch for saying that to him, I'd tell her that she's dead to me as well.

I had a girlfriend once who would often threaten to kill herself if I ever left her. There was no reason for any of that kind of talk, but she got more and more serious about it as time went on. I never gave her any reason to even think such thoughts and I thought it was a little weird for her to make such statements all the time. I just kind of chalked it up to some bad experiences she had with other men in her past. But it became an obsession with her and became worse as time went on. It became part of our conversations everyday. I started to hear a change in her tone of voice that seemed to be threatening as she brought it up. So I started to get thoughts of my own thinking that she could possibly take me with her by doing a murder suicide while I was sleeping or something. I got very nervous about her and thought that I should make sure I wasn't going to be a victim of something like that, so I did the dirty thing she was so afraid of. I left her. Well as time tells all tales, she never did kill herself. Glad about that. After some years went by she was still single and we ran into each other. She asked me what it was that made me leave her. I told her that she had started talking to much about killing herself and how her tone of voice had changed from being worried to being threatening. I told her I was starting to feel like I wasn't safe and she was going to eventually kill me to take me with her. She was shocked by my answer, and she said she would never do anything to ever hurt me. I just kept our visit short and wished her all the best. I saw a newspaper article about 5 or 6 years later with a picture of her in a bathing suit on an inner tube in the water at some river enjoying the sun. Thats the last I've ever seen or heard about her. So my moral of the story is if anyone says they are going to kill themselves if you leave them, run away, run as fast as you can. They may take you with them. Drop them like a hot rock.

I am just so disgusted by all these insensitive comments here 😭😫😭😫
Don’t you guys understand? Women have highly complex emotions OK? They have crazy hormonal changes as the menstrual cycles go and that makes it hard for many women to cope.
So because of women’s highly complex emotions it is normal that they seek more than one sexual partner because maybe the one who she is with is not enough for her to help her deal with her longings and emotions.
Whereas men have stable hormonal structures, they can deal easily with their emotions. Poor girl, her ex was an a-hole for dumping her the way she did. He never loved her truly. If he did he’d be understanding of her emotional needs and stay with her.
    ---------------
    [ just kidding 😁! ]
Just being sarcastic! 😛. She was too weak to cope with the consequences of the s-it she did and killed herself. She basically cloaked herself in the “victim trope” because she couldn’t bear the stigma of losing a nice fiancé because of her bad choices.
I can imagine the die-hard feminists saying that she was a victim of a patriarchal society that condemns adulterous women. They should really shut their holes up and stop saying crap.
