- As I progress in the work of my own little animated show pilot time has come to talk about my view on storyboards. I am no professional in this area whatsoever but I do know for a fact that mapping out my own or client-projects in storyboards has helped me tremendously.

Heck yeah! I'm downloading the inDesign board template from your DDSSSSCCCH right now! I've been putting off story-boarding but I think it'll really help figure out what I'm trying to accomplish! Thanks Chris!

Awesome video I’m pretty much the same way I take the sketched out frames straight to the animatic for myself since it’s just me but if I did I’d I would have to do that too. I just do parodies but it definitely makes a lot more sense doing the more detailed way for other people or just something that has to be more accurate like your show. Great work I can’t wait to see some more about robin12!

Is story boarding in Indesign more comfortable for you then Photoshop?
Definately on bigger projects yes! As I feel indesign is much easier with the layout, texts and also moving boxes or replacing art. The actual sketches needs to be made in something like photoshop though. I personally draw them in toonboom as individual frames and render as PNG sequences. for a quick & easy workflow.
@@ChrisOVEMERY Indesign looks like an exotic program, since I very rarely use it. But I appreciate your clarification.
