  • In this video, Naftali Moses encourages men to accept and embrace their capacity for darkness, using personal stories and anecdotes to illustrate the importance of self-acceptance and understanding one's emotions. He discusses the distinction between shame for actions and shame as part of identity, and encourages men to accept their monstrous nature as neutral, rather than suppressing it due to negative associations. He also emphasizes the importance of forgiveness, self-love, and vulnerability in the process of acceptance.

I have always felt I was a monster at the core and that causes a lot of shame especially when meeting and connecting with people. It really is difficult to live this way and it's hard to admit! Hearing your experience with feeling this way is very helpful in not feeling so alone in this... thank you!

Yet another amazing video by Naftali. I found out I was a monster deep down a few years and that has added so much to my personality. I am actually able to suss out inauthentic and manipulative people much quickly.

Great insights bro I feel like I also want this too. Sometimes I try not to hurt other person but I should speak the truth. I want them to see the truth about themselves but at the same time they mean a lot to me so I supress

I remember when i was like 6 or 7 asking my mom “what if im evil and aware of it but try to not be? Will i still go to hell? And does god create evil people? And if he does isnt it unfair to create them the way they are then punish them?” She had no answer
