These homes are incredibly beautiful. But when I saw the price compared to what we have in my country and the prices, I’m ready to cry 😭 a home like this would cause more than a million dollars in my country and still not be as beautiful. But I’m still grateful!
a big bang for the buck compared to a lot of other big cities. the only thing is the closet wire shelving should be upgraded.
This home is gorgeous, but the closet wire shelving really needs to be upgraded and also it should have a pot filler over the cook top stove much easier for cooking.
The house is beautiful but without a swimming pool it is incomplete!
This home is for people who don't know how to swim.
I agree, the wire closets have got to go. Also the bathroom with the tub and toilet closed off together, not appealing at all.

Nice home but where is a half bathroom for company and the master closet are huge but the other bedroom closet are extremely small

I don't have a price for the model, but my guess is 100k in upgrades including the bonus room. it looks like most people are spending $428 to $475 depending on upgrades and homesite selection. Gas stove (can opt to put in electric stove if you wish standard) and hot water heater, plus gas hook up for the dryer. Great community great builder, sales staff is outstanding, the supers are wonderful.
