Hidden conduits are so much better than being tough to damage. They're immune to the short circuit event. You can stockpile solar power and batteries, and never have to worry about that Zzzt event exploding part of your base. The new conduit is amazing! I have an existing save, fairly well developed, that I started on 1.5. I haven't actually started into the Anomalies yet, but I do have the event triggered, though with out a monolith on my starting map, the method to trigger the Anomaly content changed.
I've played around a bit with the 1.5 unstable branch and i think book reading is a recreational activity, the dlc is very interesting so far and adds a difficulty spike it seems especially early game, I've just started a game with the new research team start, you get a ghoul who is very tanky but cant do work or use weapons and eats double the amount of raw meat lol I just found your channel and like your style, thanks for the vids, i'll be watching in future cheers ;)

i believe that mod is called the HUD or Display mod. im lookin forward to getting this DLC good luck and enjoy

You can give raider's corpses to the trees. Is a good way to dispose your enemy's bodies.
It is not necessary to give them animal meat.
