Filter's platinum-selling, sophomore title has been remastered and is now available on vinyl for the first time, as well as on CD and digital. All formats are expanded featuring four bonus tracks: “(Can’t You) Trip Like I Do” (originally recorded for the cult-classic soundtrack Spawn The Album), “Jurassitol” (previously released on The Crow: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), plus remixes of the singles “The Best Things (Humble Brothers Remix)” and “Take a Picture (H&H Remix).” Both the two-LP set, and CD will feature new liner notes by author, journalist, and Side Jams podcast host Bryan Reesman. The expanded digital album also offers five additional rarities, including a live version of “Take A Picture,” “The Best Things (Dub Pistols Club Mix)” and more.
It's crazy because you were on shrooms making my favorite songs while I was on shrooms listening to them in the 90's. Welcome To We're Old
"Welcome to we're old" has to be the funniest shit I've ever read. Wish I could like more than once XD
@@slimbr32 no we're not. Are we? Oh shit, maybe we are. Oh well fuck it. I don't feel old! My body's just the bag where my spirit lives
My first filter song. Loved it in 2001 when I was 21 and still love it with the age of 44. That scream....still kills me.
Favorite Filter song. Detuned guitars, great groove, really unusual use of the major 3rd for a metal tune. And it has a trumpet!
And it has the glorious trumpet at the end... unexpected and awesome... this album is one of the best, I mean not Filter's best, best of the bests overall...
I love that song... AMAZING GREAT SONG..... YEAH
I love this song. It's my go to song to get me out of the worst of moods.
This is the BEST song on the album, No doubt about it !
Simultaneous a heavy song, and a chilled one
I’m sure you know this but I feel like all of their songs are like that (for the most part) that’s why they’re my fav band bc I’m always calm but I struggle mentally and their songs capture all that emotion and then sum. It could be perceived different for everyone tho haha
DanG! I miss my favorite 90's band!!!! :(
GREAT SONG!!
Man, hope you never stop creating new stuff, but I have to be honest, I'm always listening some tracks from this album. Your work is amazing
Lol, keep these videos coming. Awesome content.
Stephen Gillis is is complete and total fucking monster on the drums.
He had insane grooves and quirky, imaginative chops. He was pivotal in my development as a durmmer. Me made me more musical.
You can hear his influence on my playing on the Jettared debut ep.
Loved to See one Last Album with Geno on guitar. Really Miss His guitar Riffs in the Filter Songs.🎸🎸🎸👨🎤
Welcome to the Fold is a 7day a week listener..Just Fucking Badass
“N it was awesome”
Nice song man
Thank you Richard!
This fucking short video and that tuning tip inspired me to detune my guitar too and now this unfolds a new spectrum of possibilities.
Gonna record a few thanks to you man!
Chris
Two cool new songs at this point. This tunning is sick!!!
What kind of strings to use and what kind of guitar is best for this low tunning? My Ibanez Roadstar II is doing a pretty good job I guess.
This has that song structure and vocal performance that ties Title w/ Amalgamut
I wish you did this for short bus too
I get Withdrawls if I don't hear welcome to the Fold..Kickers tune
Wow nice to see richard in gracedully aged...knowing he had problems.with drugs on his younger years
Does this mean that all the other Drop A tracks were in that same octave tuning? I was figuring out Columind, In Dreams, and Drug Boy in Drop A tuning, not octave.
He aged pretty well for a white Rock star
Come to ny
Wondering if the hidden track-ending of that album is what he's referring to about the 17 minutes of grunting screaming
🤣🤣🤣
