Just now landed up on this channel.. the information provided is good.. but the quality of the videos are too good.. made the viewing experience so much better.. Sir u explain really well
Very informative. Much valuable video. Thanks for making this video.
That half-filled cup and bottle look dope! Nice video! PIXEL VILLAGE is one of the channels who keep their content lit and modern!
Really wonderfully explained, recent new subscriber and I've already found such useful information.
I am huge fan of you sir.
Fans of sir 👍👍👍👍👇👇👇
Thank you for actually using a DSLR for this video and not the “easy button” Mirrorless cameras. That’s a rarity these days. Also, I was surprised that you lowered the sharpness in the picture profiles. I always raised it to eliminate one step in post. Very interesting that you did that and I will have to try it. The way you explain everything calmly and precise is also wonderful to see. You’re a true class act so thank you for your knowledge.
🙏
ಬಹಳ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವಾದ ವೀಡಿಯೊ ♥️
Thank you for a very helpful video ✌️
I don't understand why PIXEL VILLAGE gets dislikes on their videos!
Sir... Thank you so much for this video 📸
It helped me solve a couple issues that i was facing while shooting in JPEG...
Happy to know that 👍
Thank you this is good to know...
Your video and style to represent is an addiction for me.. 😘
🙏
Good video 😍✌️
Square space, Karl lylar great photographer am big fan of him and well as yours.
I just started RAW+ JPEG , because the new XT4 is dual card. Given the cost of storage nowadays, it’s becoming less a topic as years go by. I find 90% of the JPEG were already acceptable and don’t bother editing in RAW. However, since I was deliberately testing difficult scenes, 10% must be edited in RAW, and those really show the difference.
So I’ll keep shooting JPEG + RAW from now on, and only edit in RAW when necessary. I also keep that RAW copy just in case on the NAS.
Hello sir.. I saw your tutorial and I'm learning so much... Sir can you make a tutorial about usse of softboxes and lights... Please 🙏🙏
Sir! I’m your new viewer & subscriber.. Really loved all your videos & techniques..
I’ve a request for you. If you can make a video on food videography.. I’ve a food channel here on youtube & with my new camera I’m struggling a lot for getting that best thing out of it.
Thanks in advance 🙏
Nice 👍

Hello sir, recently there are to many triple camera phone launched and some are also of 64mp so can you please suggest which are best for photography and for making and editing videos.
nice Guruji
Hello.... can you please do a video on ISO, shutter speed & aperture settings for biginners?
That's a wonderful video, I must say it's the best I've found on the subject. But to be honest if I should jpeg I'm not going to edit it. My camera actually has nice artistic picture profiles. My only concern is if the quality of a jpeg is good enough to print.
Very interesting.. .What else would change in the custom neutral modifications with a camera that's sensitive to highlights such as the d500? Thanks 👍
I have included whatever I could think of 🙏
Nikon camera picture style and Conan camera picture style same to same use karo friends neutral
Tell me the music name that you have used in your video
Have a nice day Hi sir can you put video how to recording in studio with light
I have stopped shooting in jpeg looking at the imperfections by in camera processing. Though I get nice natural colours but I have to correct perspective distortions of the architecture. Anyway we are going to edit it, so why not shoot raw then?
Aryan much smaller files for one. If you have all of your settings in the camera close to perfect editing the jpegs are simple and quick where as RAW you’re starting from the beginning. Also if you spray and pray it’s easier and quicker to go through Jpegs during review. If you’ve had problems with in camera editing maybe you don’t have an upgraded camera, improper technique, possible issue with the camera or have the wrong settings. I shoot RAW almost always but there are times where the jpegs are actually good enough. If you’re correct distortions that’s a lens or distance to subject issue.
@@GRJCLyon I get your point about smaller file size. Earlier I used to shoot mostly jpegs for space reasons. For normal or general purpose use I have excellent customized settings based on neutral picture settings in camera.
All nature and portrait pictures come out perfect when there is no harsh light.
Even during events with these settings, pictures come perfect and lively.
It's only when I shoot landscape outdoors, I need to create separate settings to capture more dynamic range. This is where we need to pull the shadows and reduce the highlights.
I am no longer a beginner and entering the advanced level photography.
Yes, in architectural photography, we need to shoot with wide angle lens most often. Anything wider than normal focal length introduces perspective distortion mainly keystoning effect which can't be corrected inside the camera. Rest can be corrected in camera.
Jpegs are permanently baked in camera images. Any further edit detoriates the image quality. While RAW can be edited to any style or theme we want to after any amount of time. I am now more into creative style editing. Moody blues, brown and black etc.
@@Dave_en Tilt & Shift lenses.
very proposenal explain . Thank you Sir. If i shoot in RAW only which colour profile is best ? sRBG or Adobe RGB ?
Adobe RGB has wider colour gamut, so shoot in raw in that profile and convert it to sRGB while exporting to jpeg. Best colours will be preserved.

Hii Sir, 🙏
Canon M50 or Nikon D5600 which is best for Photography????🤔
If you want a mirrorless camera and has a flip screen go with m50 with the efs lens adapter. If you're more used to Nikon, D5600. Though, the processor inside the m50 is the same as in the EOS R (Digic 8 processor).
I don't agree with setting Jpeg to AdobeRGB.
- Better a consistent sRGB pipeline than having the risk one part of the pipeline decodes the colors wrong. Some applications still just assume sRGB no matter what.
- AdobeRGB has a wider gamut, allowing fully saturated colors. But those rarely appear in photographs.
- It is usually better to have the commonly used gamut encoded with more precision, than spreading the limited numbers of bits over a wider gamut which extreme values are rarely used anyway.
Also, the white-balance tip is a bit strange: "Set your white-balance right". Aha. If that would be so easy!
I usually select auto-WB, even though in some circumstances other modes are better. But figuring that out, doing test shots on location to check, just takes too much time.
However I do agree with using the "Neutral" Jpeg profile.
I guess im randomly asking but does someone know a way to get back into an instagram account??
I was stupid forgot the password. I would love any tricks you can give me!
@Ethan Matteo Instablaster =)
@Koda Prince i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im in the hacking process now.
Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Koda Prince It worked and I finally got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thanks so much you really help me out!
@Ethan Matteo You are welcome :D

@@PIXELVIILAGE thank you...
I tried using Adobe RGB for jpegs and my computer didn't read the files so I had to reshoot everything
Impossible!
chicken or egg has a clear cut answer. the egg of a non chicken ancestor of chicken was first
😄
I would not use RGB for JPEG. Instead use sRGB. Why? Well, most platforms use sRGB for viewing images.
Adobe RGB is better for printing and you can convert Adobe RGB to sRGB. You can't properly convert it in reverse.

I shoot Jpeg, but Nikon colour science is awful with all its picture style. How to adjust in camera for best skin color without that red lobster look ? Thank.
