If your battery is drained this will not solve that 😂😂🪦. I liked that review segment by Krystal! I’ve been talking about this thing non stop since I put it it 😂 worth it

And if your battery is dead or dying you will get a sound like a lawn mower. I learned that the hard way.

These types of solutions are why I waited several years before buying my Stelvio! If Alfa doesn't figure out a solution to problems, very smart people like you guys will. Also I love seeing a husband/wife duo have so much fun bringing help and knowledge to masses. Thanks for what you do!

Ordered mine today, I had this code come up last year and been fighting with it since, I had bent my waste gate arm to remove the play and it did solve the problem for a while but now I hear the rattle again and happy you guys had the arm in stock! 🙌

I got this wastegate actuator arm for my 2018 Stelvio and installed it but I have a problem with the spring (mentioned in the video at 9:00) - can anyone assist? I can't see where the other end of the spring fits into the turbo unit - I can't see any hole to slot it into (of course, I see the hole in the actuator arm that the other end goes into) - can anyone let me know where the hole for the spring, or a trick to locate it? My Stelvio model has less room to work than the model in the video, so it's a tight space to work in and tough to see much. Also, I dropped the spring into the engine 😩 and not sure if I will be able to retrieve it - does anyone know how I could get a similar replacement spring? Thanks in advance...

Yall are sooo GOATED for this because I've been looking all over to get a replacement wastegate actuator arm for two months and I was really debating on just getting a brand new turbo when nothing is wrong besides the worn arm. This just saved me soo much money😭😭

Great vid as usual, much thanks! Hey, even with your warnings i lost the back C-clip (putting it back on). I ended up using the twisted-wire-around-the-slotted-pin-solution and seems to be holding but would like to fix it right eventually. Any idea on the part number or dim's to get a replacement (this is the larger one towards the fire-wall.)? Great mod and eliminated some of the turbo-lag/SLow-throttle-response that i was experiencing and made it feel like a new car (did this for a '18 stelvio)

That circlip if it's loose, it may pop off soon. I would compress a bit both legs of that clip with a plier and reinsert it.

I replaced mine with one from Ebay, the P0299 and P0440 went away for 2 months, (it was coming on every other day) and then last week all of a sudden, it came on again!! Also, I've been getting P0440 (EVAP leak)... SO I replaced the fuel cap... It seems right now that both of these codes are coming on at the exact same time (P0299, P0440). Could these 2 codes be connected to each other?

My Giulia has the same issue, a worn wastegate arm. My Giulia had the turbo under boost code and the Alfa dealer said it was an electronic coolant pump and replaced that. I might just replace the wastegate arm anyway
