28 Years Later is the sequel people have asked for! Bringing back the original director, writer, AND cinematographer is a huge win for the fans. Can’t wait!

I’m definitely most excited for M3GAN 2.0! She is my favorite horror movie character, and I love horror dolls. I’m also interested to see how she will return and what kind of AI commentary they will mention.
Since "Pacific Rim" I'm not so enthusiastic about Del Toro. He seems to me that he lost his footing. His films are gorgeous to look at but they all seem to me that their angle (or tone) are kind of Off. I do pray for Frankenstein to be a successful horror movie and not a boring "charming" fairy tale.
The Exorcist Believer was Muh for me it wasn't as Bad some said but it wasn't by any stretch Great either I found the Dad to be boring and whenever the movie focused on him I was bored but the two girls we're interesting and two actresses playing those roles were good anyway a redo on Frankenstein by Del Toro sounds interesting 🤔
Mist excited for 28 years later. The first one and opening of 28 weeks later are incredible. But the team up of original writer and director uniting is what makes this exciting.
Talk To Me was good, and the newest Omen movie too. Besides that, it is hard to find a good horror movie. They completely ruined the final installment of the Halloween series.
When I was 16, I couldn't stand horror movies. I was just too scared to watch them. Now, at 20, I'm looking forward to almost half of the movies on this list.
I want see "28 Years Later " when it comes out , since that movie is a long time coming Becky .Since the there is now a "28 Days Later Trilogy " , and there should some major ties in's to the other two movies .
I saw an interview years ago with Ethan Hawke where he said he didn't even especially like horror movies yet between Purge, Black Phone and Sinister he's slowly becoming a horror icon.
There are about 7 things that I would love to see in M3GAN 2.0: 1.) How the experience with M3GAN changed Cady and Gemma, 2.) Cady trying to make some real human friends, 3.) Gemma possibly having a love interest, 4.) M3GAN 2.0 trying to act more human, in an attempt to blend in with the general population, making it difficult to tell that she's an android, 5.) Gemma trying to talk more about her sister, and how her death affected her. 6.) Cady showing early signs that she's a genius like Gemma; and that she might one day build something like Gemma did with Bruce and M3GAN, and 7.) A possible epic showdown between Cady and M3GAN 2.0. These are just some of the things that I'd like to see in M3GAN 2.0.
I’d have Nosferatu on my list since it’s not released here in the UK until January 1st haha, but good list 👍 loads of other horror’s coming out in 2025!
I don't know if they were classed as bit parts or what, but whenever a new Final Destination film dropped, I was looking forward to seeing Tony Todd more than the death scenes. Glad he's going to be in the last one.
Many good ones it seems😊Conjuring,Final Destination,Talk 2 Me,Megan 3,Monkey,Saw 11. 28 Years Later. Frankenstein I think it's good number 1. Busy 2015
I’m kinda bummed Del Toro’s Frankenstein will be reduced to a Netflix release cause I feel like it would be worthy enough for the big screen. However, regardless of where it ends up I will be tuned in! Definetly one of my most anticipated films of 2025, not just in horror but in general♥️
I can't wait for 28 years later. Saw the first film in middle school with my best friend we rented it from blockbuster. Then, I and that same friend saw 28 weeks later in theaters. I still can't believe there is a 3rd film coming out, and it comes out a week before my birthday haha cant wait. Probably my favorite horror movies of all time.
My Most Anticipated Horror Movies of 2025 are: 1. 28 Years Later 2. M3GAN 2.0 3. The Black Phone 2 4. Saw XI 5. Wolf Man 6. Final Destination Bloodliess 7. Talk 2 Me 8. Frankenstein 9. FNAF Movie 2 10. The Conjuring Last Rites
My Most Anticipated: (release date order) 1. Wolf Man - January 2025 2. The Conjuring: Last Rites - September 2025 3. Saw XI - September 2025 4. Thanksgiving 2 - probably November 2025 5. Fnaf 2 - December 2025
You forgot Ryan Coogler's Sinners. I know it was promoted as not horror based on the trailer but it's said to be a horror film and it's not only my most anticipated horror film of 2025 but my most anticipated movie of 2025 in general.
The trailer for _28 Years Later_ is not only creepy, unsettling and mysterious, but it also serves a visual treat regarding cinematography. It is hard to think that it was shot entirely on an iPhone 15 Pro Max. The trailer effectively captures the stunning desolation of the world, 28 years after the outbreak.
Not sure Wolf Man can see much success, trailers haven't been promising to me. Saw XI doesn't feel like it's anticipated, more like expected. I'm personally looking forward to Return to Silent Hill.
28 YEARS LATER.. THE CONJURING 4.. WOLF MAN.. TALK TO ME 2.. My my... Those are titles that I am very happy to hear about.. 2025 seems to be an even better year for Horror, than this one has been.
11:58 Fun Fact: I was Frankenstein's Monster for Halloween this year. Okay; it was technically Frankenstein's Monster as a gangster; but I made it work!
My most anticipated horror movies for 2025. 5. Saw XI 4. Wolf Man 3. The Monkey 2. Frankenstein 1. Companion Terrifier 4 probably won't be until at least 2026, but that would be number 1 if it comes out next year.
Their is one horror movies not many know is coming out next year which people will want to see more than any on this list. The return of the living dead remake. It's happening 2025
If I’m going to see _Megan 2.0,_ which I read as “Megan Two-Point-Zero,” because I always read “o”s as “o”s and zeroes as zeroes, the first _Megan_ will be required viewing.
Here's my Top 20 (way too much to make just a 10) are 1-Final Destination: Bloodlines 2-Guillermo Del Toro's Frankenstein 3-Megan 2.0. 4-The Monkey 5-The Life of Chuck 6-I Know What You Did Last Summer 7-Fear Street: Prom Queens 8-28 Years Later 9-Clown in a Corfield (from the Director of Tucker & Dale vs. Evil, since I got to wait until 2026 to see Art the Clown Return, at least I get my creepy clown fix in 2025 with this and Welcome to Derry) 10-The Wolf Man 11-The Conjuring Last Rites 12-Companion 13-Screamboat 14-The Black Phone 2 15-Five Nights at Freddy's 2 16-Pinocchio's Unstrung/Bambi: Reckoning/Peter Pan: Neverland Nightmare (all in the Poohniverse) 17-Thanksgiving 2 18-Heart Eyes 19-Bring Her Back (from the Directors of Talk to Me) 20-Until Dawn word has it that Saw 11 might not make it's release date, which is why It's not in my list word also has it that Barbarian Director Zach Cregger's film Weapons might move from January 2026 to 2025!

Let’s not forget about Five Nights at Freddy’s 2
You missed Return of the living dead 2025. That should be number 1

28 Years Later is the sequel people have asked for! Bringing back the original director, writer, AND cinematographer is a huge win for the fans. Can’t wait!
28 years too late
Aaron Taylor Johnson & Cillian Murphy peak.
I still need to see the first two
the trailer itself took me back to 28 days later, you can feel that this is gonna be something special...
@@MuratKarakus-to4tr hands down the most terrifying movie in my book. Can't wait for 28 years!

Thank you!
Not all heroes wear capes
Thanks mate!
I’m excited for 28 years later and final destination 6! I’ve waited too long for them.
We are the same. Im a huge fan of zombie genre and gore. Excited for Saw as well
R.I.P Tony Todd . Watched him on few Sci-Fi shows like Star Trek ,Stargate, one episode in Andromeda,X Files and many more .
One of my all-time favorite actors. His death breaks my heart. As an avid horror fan, I'll never truly get over his passing. 😞
I would watch absolutely anything directed by Del Toro, the man is an absolute genius.
Check out Mimic, one of his early ones. Excellent movie with Mira Sorvino.
@@shendruew Yeah, it is. Though I haven't seen it for a while, so I think it's due for rewatch.
I got a chance to meet him and he is the coolest dude
Will he ever get the opportunity to adapt Lovecraft’s At the Mountains of Madness?
*cough* Pinocchio *cough*
RIP Tony Todd, just like James Earl Jones' death this year, Tony's devastated me.
I’m definitely most excited for M3GAN 2.0! She is my favorite horror movie character, and I love horror dolls. I’m also interested to see how she will return and what kind of AI commentary they will mention.
Subservience on Netflix is like Megan, only grown up. Wasn't bad, but not great either.
And probably not even half of these will live up to the hype:)
Whatever, we gonna have a good time anyway!
Half? 😂Maybe 1 will be good.
Straight up facts. Talk to me is the only scary one on the list. Saw and F.D have a solid plot and are worth a watch.
Saw XI was originally set for 2024 but was then changed to 2025. We may not see it at all due to the producers up and down on the project.
Remember over a year ago, when for the most anticipated 2023 horror movies list, Exorcist Believer was number 1
Xd
Oh dear 😂
But then it failed!
What a sham movie that was….
Netflix already gave Memo del Toro a chance for his Pinocchio 🤥 to see the light, now his Frankenstein 😁. When will he reach the mountain of madness?
I’d be on board for that.
I’m most excited for The Conjuring Last Rites, Final Destination Bloodlines, M3gan 2.0, Black Phone 2, Wolfman, and Frankenstein!
Same
The new final destination is coming out on my BIRTHDAY so im so beyond EXCITED 😆
Mist excited for 28 years later. The first one and opening of 28 weeks later are incredible. But the team up of original writer and director uniting is what makes this exciting.
Oscar issac better get that "its alive" line perfectly or im walkin out of the damn theater! lolz XD
8:00 the movie title thing at the bottom was for opposite films 😅. Sick video! Can't wait for Saw, 28 years, and a few other films upcoming in 2025!

I thought Megan was going to be another popular rip off to Chucky but it acrually surprised me how good it was. Cant wait for the 2nd one
Tony todd voice and appearance always gives me chill
I saw an interview years ago with Ethan Hawke where he said he didn't even especially like horror movies yet between Purge, Black Phone and Sinister he's slowly becoming a horror icon.

Facts
Interesting that you mentioned that Nia DaCosta directed "Candyman", and not "Marvels" :D
Wow, except for Del Toro's film I couldn't be less excited for any of these.
Because 99% of all films next year will be sequels, spin-offs, or unoriginals. The only originals are either underpaid or terrible.
