This Archetype is a good fit for my "complete noble ponce" playthrough, make sure to stay well away, shout at the help to kill everything and when it's time for medals be the first in line.
Can abilities that specify that they can be used on an ally be used on yourself? And another question: If you have the Be Smart trait from the Voidborn origin which lets you substitute intelligence for fellowship in skills and abilities, does that mean you can use the Officer's desperate measure without taking any real penalty because your fellowship gets reduced, or does it reduce intelligence accordingly?
@@Gaming_Analytic That feels like a but to me, because if I read the the Be Smart text (below). It does say that either ability or talent which uses FEL would use INT instead. Any time an ability or talent uses the Fellowship bonus, a voidborn character can instead use the Intelligence bonus, if it is higher. >Additionally, voidborn characters can always upgrade Intelligence even if their archetype does not allow it.

Hi Aetrion, unfortunately not. Only abilities with the 'personal' tag can be used on the character activating the ability.

I found it interesting
You might like to mention Bring It Down ;)
For Pete sake... ;(
Do these archetypes also add non-combat/exploration/dialogue advantages as well?
Not really, the non-combat pillars of play mainly use characteristic and skill checks to resolve challenges.
@@Gaming_Analytic
So it's more based on background and other skills?
@@ES21007 Thats right, Background, Homeworld, skills and characteristics mainly dictate out of combat gameplay. Getting excited yet?
