Buc-ee's Silent ID Refusal, Federal Agents grill Beaver, U.S. Border Patrol Immigration Checkpoint

- Buc-ee's Fan travels to Falfurrias, Texas to film the Inland U.S. Border Patrol Agents' reactions and interaction with a Silent Citizenship Declaration and ID Refusal. Directed to the Secondary Inspection Area, the Beaver refuses to crack the window open for the Agents or declare Citizenship so their Supervisor is called out to explain the process. The Supervisor kind of recognizes Bucky from UA-cam but "kind of" doesn't cut the Beaver loose and the Agents gather more Identifying information and Citizenship Data on this Traveler. U.S. Border Patrol's Hidden Human Sensing K9 does a Free Air Sniff at both Primary and Secondary Inspection Areas. Afterwards we order a Southwest Wrap at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe Drive Thru in Edinburg.

Something I have alwasy wondered... they put STOP on the road so you are obligated to stop because it's considered a road sign. Then SCOTUS cases say we have to come to a stop as checkpoints. But does anything say we have to STAY after we come to a complete stop and cannot leave until the officer says we can leave? So treat the stop sign like a normal stop sign and come to a complete stop and proceed forward when save and continue on with your day?
6:43 The Agent spells it out and at other times here and other stops elsewhere the Agents clearly state the vehicle is being detained until their inspection is complete. I've heard some social media comments claiming they're only allowed to stop motorized vehicles, so pedaled bicycles and pedestrians wouldn't apply without some sort of reasonable suspicion.
Vote against any politician that supports this harassment
8:39 it's this guy so they have admitted now that they know the guy and probably they know he's American citizen further illegal detainment
It's incredibly patronizing and an obvious defense mechanism that the one agent assumes you're only acting this way because you're having a "bad day."
The lisence plate on the car says everything that needs to be saidt
Wonder how border patrol would handle the situation if a hundred, or so people formed up on the road and rolled into a checkpoint and did this?
I wonder how border patrol would handle the situation if a few hundred, or so people
wrote our elected federal representatives and urged the Border Patrol to just... patrol the border?
We have to determine who you are? How does simply saying that I'm a citizen determine that?
29:07 that creepy tapping on your window was the CBP agent having an internal struggle about whether he should say something snarky and immature, knowing that his every move would be broadcast on UA-cam.
The man, the legend
Are you going to be suing for this illegal detainment or you just going to do the bureaucracy first
No. I considered doing something about the falsified police report with Agents claiming I didn't move at this stop: ua-cam.com/video/NZMCD9eJnOA/v-deo.html
mostly because last time that happened it cost me $1.000,000 and the falsified record has followed me for 11 years: ua-cam.com/video/ywOWR-AchUM/v-deo.html
I heard the report read over CBP's P/A system before they answered a 7-year-old FOIA request: ua-cam.com/video/k-8As7XY-ig/v-deo.html
As far as the detainments, I was happy to be there.
@@yuma310 by the way keep up the style Don't change it for nobody since you are the gold standard in these scenarios
once the supervisor said "I've seen this guy on UA-cam before" he knew he was an American citizen. everything past that point was retaliation.
Whether they know him or not they are punishing him for exercising his fifth ammendment rights.

Just look at how much money was spent on all that shit. The cost of materials and labor to build everything. The salaries of all those people. The vehicles, the fuel the power bills. The plate carriers, the guns, the ammo, the holsters, the radios. All that money, that huge budget of tax dollars, for that useless shit.
Edit: Useless 4th and 5th and possibly other amendment violation hub.
Agents favorite holiday isn’t Fourth of July but pride month. Their favorite song Is ram ranch

What law specifically says I am required to roll my window down? Quote and cite, please.
What law specifically states I can be imprisoned for life if I decline speak at all at this type of internal Border Patrol checkpoint? Quote and cite, please
Your grammar is utterly reprehensible and deeply disturbing. You also sound socially stunted and emotionally scarred. Have a Nice Border Patrol Day.
If unhappy in this country, move to North Korea.
agents are trying to be punks in this vid. They don’t like freedom or Fourth of July. They like when people talk to use their own words against them at one point. To play their lil game.
It was illegal to detainment when he had him go to secondary
That secondary argument I suspect is a social media ploy put forward to trip people up in law enforcement's favor and even when I didn't refuse to go to secondary, Agents claimed I did, charged me with that under 18 USC 111 www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/111 and created a fake whistleblowing Agent to direct me to Terry Bressi of CheckpointUSA while I remained in custody for 10 hours. He sent me to the ACLU that further worked with the Terrorism Liaison Office in their investigation against me as a Domestic Terrorist. The ACLU was explicitly directed by their National Security Advisor, Former Undercover FBI Agent Michael German, to sacrifice U.S. Constitutional Rights for U.S. National Security.
The whole don't go to secondary is a law enforcement social media ploy.
@@yuma310based off your last comment I think you already know but did you do a public records request for any of this information
IJ is usually a better for these scenarios while ACLU is more protest first amendment@@yuma310

Didn't we just hear the drivers name on the agents radio?
Doesn't this mean the agents no longer have the authority to continues to detain the driver?
Bring a book to read (Why Police Hate the Constitution) or start watching a movie on an iPad. Get a steering wheel tray and bust out a picnic. Maybe some popcorn in a Tupperware bowl.
Excellent work, Robert.
Ironically, these CBP kids are so easy to condition. In few more trips, they will “refuse” to stop him to avoid “giving him the attention he wants for his channel” at which time, he would be able to move all manner of undetectable contraband through these checkpoints. They’ll just say, we know him. He’s that guy on UA-cam and wave him right through. More proof of how stupid these interior checkpoints really are. If they find a large quantity of drugs it’s because the cartels don’t care if they are found and don’t care what happens to the mule who would be carrying them. Imagine if every 10 minutes during the busiest times different people did this.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Drug Checkpoints, Illegal.
@@yuma310 And that’s why they call them immigration checkpoints. Also, they are not just looking for drugs. They are looking for anything valuable that they can seize and “claim” that it “could” be related to illegal activity.

by way of a falsified Police Report claiming a refusal to go to the Secondary Inspection Area when directed.
Pride month is over and the supervisor wont let him leave.
@@yuma310 I bet not one of them was given so much as a reprimand. It was probably the exact opposite. “You guys were doing your job protecting the country and lawyers and judges don’t understand what it takes to keep them safe from people who will enter this country, lie, obtain firearms, steal property under threat of violence….” The irony is almost too much to believe. And it’s compounded by the overarching irony that you could have been transported who knows what and all you had to do is say the word “Yes” when they asked if you were a US citizen then just name a random city behind you and one on the other side of the checkpoint and they would have said, “Have a nice day.” But if you have a visible camera mounted and refuse to say anything especially while obviously trolling them in a buc-ee’s costume, you will be detained indefinitely. You are probably doing the only thing possible to that might gain political traction: embarrassing all of them and exposing the incompetence and waste by trolling them so epically. I hope you get 320 million views and followers.

What federal law gives you the authority to 'search for weapons' in an empty vehicle when first stopped at this type of internal Border Patrol checkpoint? Quote and cite, please.

What a waste of time
This guy is taking this whole . I don’t answer questions or I don’t need to roll the window down .or dress like he’s whaco
He is right. As a U.S. citizen, his only required action, is to stop.
Agents want to turn him to a slave to talk
"We gotta establish...."
*Spike strip is UNLAWFUL Detainment!!!*
Border Patrol were a little hard on the beaver.
I think agents are celebrating pride month still.
If they don’t have a beaver at home, they will take what they can get at work, I guess. Or maybe the beaver at home stopped resisting and they needed to find a fresh one that’s still “feisty.” The guy should carry a box of cheap oversized women’s sunglasses and hand them out at the end of the detainment for them to give to their wives.

Harassment. Something weird all the taxpayers money being wasted because i watched for thirty minutes and didn't see a single illegal caught its like for a different reason then that hunh
After 30 minutes I'd call that illegal detainment
After 5 seconds, I'd call that false imprisonment.
