Having a Filipino Grandma is the best. They spoiled us anything we want and always giving us secret money that our parents didn't know. Our grandma always gives us extra food and give us hugs. Most of the children here in the Philippines, growing up with grandma while they parent is out for work. We love our grandparents... Love you guys..

After all, you are Yoshi the Japanese Guy. i follow other Japan-based creators and it seems that the usual tourist traps are empty nowadays because of the pandemic. That might be an idea worth exploring.

I miss my Grandma, she passed away on 2013 so it's been 7 years now. She takes care of me when Mom and Dad are not home to work and stuff. I will never forget those old but gold memories.

You're lucky to hold her hand in her deathbed. Mine (maternal grandma), I couldnt since she was in the province and i cant travel due to work at that time. So I just spoke to her on the phone and told her it is okay, I am now letting you go. She said sorry and she died without worries. I miss her.

I grew up from my grandparents' care..my grandfather passed away but my Lola is still alive. I often visited them during vacation days upon their request because I am according to them is the most industrious grandchild(and I admit it) 😄-being the eldest in my family, I learned how to be responsible at an early age. What I am grateful from my grandparents is that they taught me how to pray and be faithful to God(especially my grandma who always calls me to pray with her). This is the reason perhaps why I love everything that is antique. I am an old soul and I love hanging out with older people because I can gain wisdom from them. Talking to them has more sense than with my peers. I love you Kohei and Yoshi! God bless! Stay happy all the time cuz life is short! 😎😍😎😘😎😍

My Lola's here in PH is more strict than my parents lol. She always cursing us, and telling that we are her ugly granddaughters/son but that's her way of being sweet to us. She's always kissing me even though I'm old and telling I'm ugly lol hahahahaha. They are secretly giving us money without telling our parents, I guess most grandma's here usually do that, and they are so masipag in a way that they're always cleaning, every hours. Cooking, cleaning, and washing clothes or dishes. I think having a Filipina mother/grandmother is the unique type of parents in the world, and I'm proud of it. My Lola died last 2 months I missed her so much.🥺
I admit that I'm very spoiled by my grandma she's strict but so caring.
Also, fun memories is that she'll beat my father if he shout or lil bit of hurting me physically for being stubborn kid...poor Dad Hahaha!

I grew up with my grandmothers. Even my father's grandmother was with me then ... when I was little they took care of me so when I was growing up, I seemed to be the nanny of all my grandma ... Many precious moments with grandmas especially in funny moments 😁😁😁 because as they get older, they seem to be young again🤗🤗🤗. they are also strict but the reason is because of my health condition. over protected 🙄🙄🙄 but i miss them 😔😔😔
