Hey there! 👋 You can perform this workout as often as you wish. Just make sure your nutrition, hydration, and rest meet the demands of your overall goals and recovery. 🙂
Because your abs recover quickly and this workout is very brief, you could definitely do it daily. If you find you're not recovering between workouts though, space it out a bit, start out with every other day, and adjust as necessary based on how you feel and perform in following workouts.
Great workouts but i have a question. Does this really work for men with heavy fat around stomach areas? Its allot of ab centered work but ive heard so much that its almost impossible to develop abs when you have so much fat there.
Ab exercises will help strengthen and develop your abs regardless of how much bodyfat you have. This is a great workout to replace traditional steady state cardio for some higher intensity effort while strengthening your abs at the same time. You should still also be following a weight training workout program focused on progressive overload for your main workouts and to help slim down and see those abs pop more, combining this all with a sound diet like our 3x3 Faster Fat Loss diet plan on our channel is going to help you get the best results in the shortest amount of time.

What would you suggest to replace the pulse ups? I’m not able to do these with my injured lower back. Thanks
You can try simple leg raises instead of the pulse ups
