Corey's deep voice, combined with korns psychosis-like music really makes the song hit deep.

Korn: Hey Corey, we'd like you to feature on a track
Corey: Cool, ya want Slipknot Corey or Stone Sour Corey?
Korn:...Yes

no matter which they choose, we win
Korn: uhh how about both
I mean it's the same guy..... So yes would be a valid response sir.
@@LivingwithPerks Corey has different vibe and nature for both slipknot and stone sour
when corey starts with the "HARDER!" my mind explodes
Yeah my brains fell out 😂 once again corey has blown my mind 😂
Same I need more of that
Now korn has a song called harder on their new album the nothing. Let me say right now it's got the same old school like the serenity of suffering but more punch and in your face

To anyone wondering what this video is about. I believe it's about someone who's "lost", who has given up on trying and resisting, maybe a depression... someone who has surrendered to the tide that is life( the scene of him sitting lifeless in the chair), but in reality he's just a child inside, unable to deal with reality so he withdraws into himself( that's why the baby has a shell), the people with teeth are saying bad things about him or expecting too much( in suits, maybe symbolizing career he SHOULD have), the glowing mouth symbolizing HOPE and his only happiness.. the room layout(seeing the rooms from above) shows that it's his system, his logic, that is so twisted, not allowing him to make a change. And the fat monster( the depression, his unhappiness, all the bad things that he's been running away from) finally eating his happiness, the only good he had in his life, and he couldn't take it anymore, the last drop that spilled the cup, making him break his habit, the toxic system and logic finally being destroyed. One could argue he grew up, stopped being a dreamer, or got the strength to do what he finally wanted. This is my interpretation, which is probably influenced by my experiences and life views, but it seems pretty correct.
thanks for clarifying, i found the song that tells my story
awsome job on the description!

Corey's voice dominates as hell. That's my boy.

DeezeRx that's so hot 🔥🙈
Nobody has a better voice than Corey, sorry.
Love the mixture of Jonathan Davis and Corey Taylor, It works together so well!
When I first heard this, my first thought was that their voices clash so damn beautifully.
they are like brothers singing a beautiful song with beautiful voices

old school nu metal KoRn is back baby!!!
it s a matter of taste, but i do feel the need to say the "untitled" album is a stain on their discography. i love all the other albums, some more some less. havent listened to the dubstep album so no opinion there.
PUNCTUATION, you god damn fucking idiot! fuck off.
also, i disagree. this sound like old school korn to me, and i happen to like corey.
I hear Untitled and Untouchables. I think this is good, and Corey Taylor is great
fuck off u non nu-metal head just stay out
Maybe you should say who you're talking to. And do you have to be considered a "metal head" to enjoy good music?
I'm getting some *serious* Tool vibes with this video
Quay Brothers.
Yeah I noticed too, do you think its intentional?
Same

Jonathan and Corey singing together? HELL FUCKING YEAH
Wow, you really need to expose yourself to some other bands if you think these two are the best of all time.
Corey: I wonder what I should do today

Does Spider hav Puss puss?....
heiloruler Nah, his screams were way more guttural and low back then.
Their voices go so well together
Imagine a supergroup combined with Slipknot, Korn, and Tool.
I just love how Corey Taylor can go from calm and collected singing to like rage screaming in like 2.1 seconds 👏 can we all just give him a round of a applause. 👏👏👏👏 Johnathan deserves a round of a applause as well for singing like he does because he is awesome 👏👏👏👏👏👏 Good Job on this song guys 👏👏👏
i liked coreys voice from times like iowa and vol. 3 more since it was more raw and unrefined. now in order to save his voice he had to train his screaming. so earlier he did it with raw power and put a lot of stress on his vocal cords and now he has this trained scream that hurts less but has - at least in my eyes - less emotion in it. it's just a scream, you can hear the training and effort he's put into it, but it's just not as raw and natural as back in the days. still love him though, it was a needed sacrifice for his career
schippes24 plus he was drinking way too much and on drugs during then.
Chino moreno does it even better. Corey's is amazing though
Nobody does singing and screaming quite like Jonathan, though Corey is pretty good.
I wait for this feat for 10 years !
Mr.Jack korn and Slipknot- sabotage. They covered a beastie boys song but it's great
jegosJack z
Only if slipknot and Korn did it in their hayday.
Like an All in the Family bit...that would be awesome!
Mr.Jack man, I waited almost 20 years.
One of my favorite korn songs now cause i absolutely love Corey Taylor. I found this song about 5 years ago. I absolutely love it. And the Video is so awesome It's very TOOL-esque. The vocals and lyrics are so great too and I love the heaviness of it.
here I am years later and I've never heard this song! like you im a big Corey fan
Hearing Corey scream in the background makes me feel so comfortable
Corey doing most the vocals.
Korn's members doing the instrumental.
Tool doing the video.

I dream of the past, so I can break through
The walls I have built inside
The thoughts I can't grasp
Transparency through
They're constantly fight and collide
I'd love to see a different world
A place where you can't find me
Feel me, kill me, my back's up against the wall
Your magic spell doesn't work anymore
Kill me, kill me, that's what
You've got to face, my friend (my friend)
This ain't the end (the end)
Why can't I relax and let it be true?
This world that I try to hide
It's kind of a mess
Too reckless for you
This place makes me feel alive
I'd love to see a different world
A place where you can't find me

This ain't the end (the end)
The call of the purpose is the change in behavior
And that is all we keep constraints on the soldiers
It gets on top of you and forces your perspective
Then you know it, you feel it, it's as dark as you can get, you want it
Harder harder harder
Give it to you
Harder harder
You just want it
Harder harder harder
Give it to you
Harder harder
I don't think you'll ever get it

Comming back to this video after years and still getting tears in my eyes at 2:38 when the little guy is fed up under tears and is striking that evil thing down. For me it's a metaphor of innocence or hope, against depression. And the song is geat by the way.
Jonathan Davis has much pain in his voice and the artist does a great description of what the character feels
Damn this collaboration deserves so much more views :(
korn + slipknot = success
Everytime Corey goes from an amazing chorus to the intense unmistakable voice gives me the chills! Corey Taylor is THE GOAT!

Thumbs up if you are pumped for the new album!! All the songs they have posted have shown a passion that has been missing for a long time. Evolved, but familiar. And if you don't like it? GET THE FUCK OUT.
Let's see if they can follow up to their last album!
I think they will own it.
We'll see. So far I'm leaning towards liking TPS better but the album isn't out yet. Either way it's nice to see some of that old-school heaviness back.
I can't fucking wait for s.o.s to come out
what is TPS?
Been waiting for this Duet since 98.
Damn you liked Corey before his first album with slipknot?
JON THE BOSS It's possible, Stone Sour's debut album dropped before Corey was really in Slipknot.
came too late. KoRn \ Slipknot from 1999 would have done unbelievable things.
Matthew Jones for real tho
JON THE BOSS tbh slipknot had formed in 95 and had recorded songs that were out by 98 and later re recorded for the 99 album

I'm glad I'm not the only one
I literally thought the same thing.
starkiller11710 I can see that, but it doesn't have that Tool feel to it. Tool's were more rough, you know. More of a dirty kind of quality in it's composition and cinematography (especially Sober). I can see this as them being a major influence. But the author Clive Barker comes to mind as well. I haven't read much of his stories, but I'm pretty sure a couple have to deal with the mind and cenobite.wikia.com/wiki/Chatterer came in to mind when the creatures with the teeth came up.
