You can literally see the slide rattle when returning to battery on the Legion. Unbelievable. Thanks for your honesty as usual!
Mmmhmm
I agree, the spectre comp is a feel good measure. I've been shooting open-class pistols for over 30-years and I understand what proper chambered comps are and how they work. The spectre comp is a best a vertical vent that some gas will take via the path of least resistance. There is no chambering at all to build or control gas volume or pressure. There is almost no baffle area for the gas to push forward. My wife has a p365 XL Rose with the integral slide comp and in my opinion, it does nothing. Borrowed a standard p365XL barrel and put it in the weapon, negating the comp area completely, and the felt recoil is exactly the same.
On pistols like this, I don't know if comps or ports are needed or even a good idea, but proper barrel porting will prove to be more effective and the better option. This is especially true on striker fired pistols as proper barrel porting will have zero effect on reliability.
Sig 365Xl with Wilson Combat grip.....happy man.
I said I’d share my experience with the 365 Legion I just bought in an earlier comment. Love it. Only had time to put 300 and some change through it. No malfunctions, no change in the FCU to frame fit or slide movement as seen in this video. With the Romeo X compact, no problem hitting a 3x3 pastie square from 25 with shorter splits than my G19 with an RMR or my G34 with an SRO. It’s been a while since a pistol shot enough to my liking that it made me laugh like a kid laughing at his own farts in a bathtub after I finished each magazine. I agree on the trigger, wall was discernible with a rolling break that was predictable and I didn’t have to try as much as usual to prevent pushing the muzzle low and left than I usually do as I get closer to the end of the range session. I also picked up a 320 AXG Legion, shot that dude on the same day, had just as much fun. After I got home and cleaned both heaters, my glock 19 and 34 went into a pelican and will probably remain there until TBD. No buyer’s remorse whatsoever. I’d argue to make sure something isn’t broken in the review pistol and don’t pull a pistol trial where the glock broke mid firing schedule and was found to be broken afterwards, and they threw the baby out with the bath water and didn’t take into consideration that even though there was a broken part, it continued to run. Just my two cents, I’ll go back to being a nobody now.
I have a p365 AXG Legion and mine has well over 1000 rounds and mine doesn’t have the same wiggle. Hopefully nothing happens to Chris’ new 365! Amazing gun and have no complaints so far with mine
Another huge perk of the AXG legion over a build especially for an EDC handgun is it is FACTORY and looks a lot better in court if you ever have to use it for protection.
Might want to check and make sure your FCU is seated properly and the pin at the back isn't broken. My 365XL has no rattle or wiggle loaded or unloaded and I have more than a thousand rounds through it.
Polymer or aluminum frame?
prolly the polymer frame
AXG is aluminum frame
these two dumb balls can not even strip the slide to check
@@Osprey1994 polymer, it's in the Wilson Combat XL frame
Jake not understanding how gravity works is hilarious 😂
It was cold lol

Dude. I feel like Albert Einstein sharing the discovery of gravity with him in that scene 😂😂😂
Yep. FKN WTF LOL.
@1911syndicate
"It was cold." So... the North and South Poles make the gravities... more strongerer?
How does magnets??
Man I really appreciate your guys's commentary
I have about 1K rounds through mine, and I do not have ANY of that wiggle/play between the slide and frame. It's my favorite EDC by far.
I literally just left the gun shop 5mins ago with the p365 axg legion in hand. 😂
God speed
Unloaded of course, if you shake the gun in in a rapid manner does is clickety clack like a set of castanets? Lots of the 365s Ive had(5), the tolerances were dogshit between the slide and frame.
My EDC. Great shooting gun
@@1911syndicatebest possible reply 🤣
why tho, it failed in comparison to the ICARUS frame.........
Just watched another video, apparently, it’s the internal frame to grip module that gets loose, not slide to frame.
Hmmm. May very well be true, still not a good sign at all
@@1911syndicate you might’ve got a lemon. Every company has some slip through the cracks. Even your favorite 1911/2011 makers and yes, even Glock has had lemons get out into to the wild. I had unreliable Glocks and 1911’s, but the 365 I built myself still runs better than any stock gun I’ve ever bought at the same price as my 365 build. The only thing Sig about my build is the 17rd magazine and about 70% of the fcu. I’ve got over 8,000 rounds through its current configuration and about 14,000 rounds on that fcu and it runs flawless, not to mention still tight 🤷🏻♂️ I still don’t see why Sig gets such a bad name, especially when staccato has been proven to NOT be drop safe either. I put 99.9% of all ND’s on the users, from what I’ve seen.
The frame is the grip module and there is no such a thing as "internal frame". Did you mean FCU to grip module/frame?
@@Duda4711Oh, you’re one of those…..
That slide was moving not the fcu or grip. what vid were you watching?
Chris you shooting that Sig looks so smooth....
Makes me wanna get one..
My stock XMacro was the same way, very loose slide to frame fit. I swapped over to an Icarus Precision lower and it's stayed tight with thousands of rounds through it.
Waiting anxiously for my Icarus lower to arrive!
@@mich7008 You won’t be disappointed, totally changes the gun for the better.
😂😂😂”I don’t know dog I don’t know bout that one”😂😂😂😂
Thanks Devon!
I love building my pistol from the ground up, made to my specifications.
That's precisely why my P365 has an Icarus Precision frame, a Norsso slide, and an mCarbo trigger with a Javelin recoil rod.
Having something you put together for yourself is incredible.
And that’s the whole point I was trying to make. Kind of cool that you can make what you want but if people are lazy about that and or just don’t want to wait for parts to come in stock this legion is pretty dope to achieve 80% of what the market is currently doing. Thanks for watching and commenting dude
As for availability, I can’t find one in stocks at my local stores. That thing rattling was weird. I’d check the fire control unit. To see if something sheared off. My x macro doesn’t rattle at all.
I had FCU slop in 3 of the 4 P365s I've owned, but they were all polymer frame variants, so not quite apples to apples. Each one loosened up during the first few hundred rounds of being fired, mostly 115 and 147 ball and a few mags of HST 124+P. When I spoke with SIG CS they stated that they were still in spec and there was nothing to worry about. I eventually sold them and moved on to other platforms.
Yup the FCU staking is the weak link in this design. I used a brass shim to fill the gap.
Used my 365 X Macro today for a no light shooting course and it was great.
I def approve of this concept, particularly for a Summer Carry Pistol.
I assembled 3, P365s a couple yrs ago using Wilson Grip Modules, closed emitter Holosuns, PMM Barrel/Comp, WMLs and slicked up Trigger Groups.
While I might prefer carrying a tricked out C2, I certainly don’t feel “UnderArmed” with the SIGs.
Insane that you made this video today! I was JUST at my gun shop asking their gun smith thought about it! He says send that B back and have em fix it. Fingers crossed for customer service 🙃
So you’re having similar issues? Seems to be 2-3 guys having this issue in the comments but 6-7 that haven’t had this issue 🤷🏼♂️
Sig customer service is top notch. Worry not.
@Chrisblau I think 6-7 guys in the comments haven’t exceeded 1,000 rounds like I have though
@@austindickson1671 I can only go off what they said and it seems to be round counts of 500-1000 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
It’s definitely my new favorite carry. I have a couple thousand through mine no issue.
Seems a couple guys had the issue we had in the video but 8-9 people in the comments have had no issues with theirs like yourself
I'm all in on S&W, and this helps keep me content to my Shield+ ported PC and Spec series, and I carry a light, ARs though, I'm seeing some companies coming out around $3k now, and that is on par with the Gucciest build I've ever done, so at that point, I'm all for building one and getting exactly what you want over buying factory %90 of what you want
I own this firearm, my hands are normal sized. I just cant get any of my support on the frame. Im used to a glock grip and mimicking that on this fire arm my support hand's webbing gets cut up by the slide release.
I had to go back to carrying my 19, or LTT Berretta
same thing for me....i just didn't shoot the XL then Macro as well as my glocks, so they had to go...I have avg to slightly smaller hands....also, the trigger on the xL is dog shit.
I have a icarus precision metal grip module that was super tight when it was new and in the course of a couple thousand rounds also developed same kind of wiggle. It's not just the slide vs the grip module, it's the actual trigger module that wiggles in the grip module.
Yea. Not a fan of that “feature” haha
I had a mischief machine grip for my xmacro an there was a lot of play not normal play. What I did is shim the taken down pin, also shim the front metal lug that hook the fcu. Adding a shim seem like it out of spec, I end up sold the Mischief machine grip went back to stock polymer grip
Another Great Video💯Thank you for Sharing guys 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
🤙🏻🍻
Radian makes a really nice back strap magwell combo and they make the Afterburner for it too, but you have to run the short slide and barrel with the comp on, it looks great on top of the macro module.
I started with a SIG 365XL (which I still have) and now use a SIG 365 X-Macro Comp. 17 in the mag and it shoots great, plus it's just light enough to carry all day and concealable enough for all seasons.
Can't wait to see how the ported/comped EDC line of products evolve over the next few years.
Why? Your X-Macro isn’t ported or compensated. It’s got a fuckin cut in the slide.
@@asphaltannihilator157 Sorry you missed the sentence fragment answering your question. Here is it for reference: "...it shoots great, plus it's just light enough to carry all day and concealable enough for all seasons."
@@DadHominem I’m not sure what the fuck you thought my question is but your last line was that you can’t wait to see how the ported/comped EDC line of products evolve over the next few years. My question is why, because your current carry gun is neither comped nor ported and you just reaffirmed that you’re happy with its performance.
@@asphaltannihilator157 Your question was "why?" I answered it. Sorry you missed it...again. Best luck on your journey of understanding.
@@DadHominem You’re clearly incompetent and have poor reading comprehension. Bless your poor little heart. You should get hooked on phonics, bud.
That slide to frame thing is even more of an issue on the plastic frames. You can really bend it apart and its even more pronounced when you got a wml at the end. The rail on the frame for the slide is located in the rear. This wasn't an issue with the 3.1 365s because it wasn't long enough to cause issues. As 365s evolved to pretty much compact sizes you notice these things now.
Crazy
People keep saying it's less wobble on the polymer ones, people don't know what they are talking about, it's all personal opinions lmao.....
@@XuroX.I own a Few variations of the P365, P365XL and none of mine have wiggle like the one in this video. I often carry an X-macro with the comp and it also has no slop. My X-Macro has approx 600 rounds through it. My other most shot P365XL is a Spectre Comp with approx 400 rounds through it. Maybe mine have not been shot enough 🤷🏻♂️
New sub from this vid, the freezing paid off fellas. I like what i see and enjoyed the video.
I switched out a stock trigger shoe and replaced the striker safety spring with a slightly lighter one, and replaced the whole striker assembly with a titanium one from m.carbo. The new striker has a slightly improved sear geometry and quite honestly blew me away with how much slop it took away from the break. My honey concern is the break is lighter than an old series 70 1911 from Wilson combat. Wanna fix the trigger? I hate being a schill, especially when I ain’t makin anything, but it’s worth it to me to inform y’all that you can definetly fix you 365 trigger if you feel that there’s room for improvement. There definitely is, and the one that I switched used to be the worst trigger I’d felt on a 365 yet.
I did the same upgrades on mine. Mcarbo trigger and titanium striker. A world of difference.
I have the 365 x macro comp (non legion) and it has the same twerk. Fine when loaded though and it doesn't effect the shooting at all. Oddly enough my wife's P356 X 12 rounder doesn't have any wiggle. Oh and the Radian backstrap/magwell combo is lovely. Looks and feels nice.
Thanks Devon, nice gun! The boys didn’t talk much about the ports though. Is it a Monsoon Lucky 7’s port? I have 2 p320’s with Lucky 7’s porting and I love them!
Slideworks engineering did the port job on it, was only 130 for complete port package with cerakote, I do wish I'd gone with lucky 7s tho
That is how they are unloaded. The "Sig wiggle" people complain about but doesn't hurt anything.
Theres wiggle, and then theres whole ass throwing that thing back Shakira style.. and I think its more like the latter lol
Wiggle more then a dagger 😂😂
the siggle if you will
@WaterZer0
The Siggle Giggle if you want.
I have a P365 AXG Legion, and have put a few hundred rounds through it and it does not have any wiggle yet.
That beginning beat goes hard
Bump bump
As hard as Ashley at a Las Vegas weekend?
Bought one this past weekend, coincidentally. I’ll be trying to get to the range this weekend and see what happens after 250-500 rounds. I’ll come back and report on how mine performs/holds up.
Absolutely love my 365 Legion. Dead on accurate, not a single failure and unbelievably soft shooting. My legion doesn’t have that rattle and the frame can’t be pulled apart from the slide like that. Very strange.
Just ran mine through a training course shooting Gold Dot 124 grain and ball 115 grain.. I was AMAZED at how it handled the hot stuff
I have a P365 AXG Legion, and have put a few hundred rounds through it and it does not have any wiggle either.
I would say just verify that the FCU is properly seated in the frame. As they have those teeth/hooks you have to get the fcu under in the frame. I have all 3 p365 x macro guns and the axg frame is very tight when taking the fcu out. Like stupid tight.. Not sure if that’s the issue but maybe a good starting point to figure out the issue?
Also great video, but slightly disappointed as there was no top gear/grand tour style intro.
My EDC is a 365x with Icarus X Evo alloy grip and mag floor plates, 3.7 theaded barrel, 507k, and olight mini balder with green laser. Feels great in hand and shoots fantastic.
Does the axg grip have a steel insert for the fcu to lock into? I had a sharps bros aluminum macro grip (since returned, terrible experience/interaction with the CEO). But that grip had that system and it the insert wasn't properly loctited into the frame with the screw. About 300 rounds in that screw backed out causing the exact issue you demonstrate. It was fine after retorqued but there were other issues causing me to part ways with it.
I just built one of these last month but in the standard p365 size with a metal frame and ported barrel. It’s impressive how flat it shoots but idk if it was cheaper than the AXG lol.
You can watch the slide bounce in a few of the opening video. Even more concerned it started tight and became loose with use
Correct on slow mo you can see the bounce
Yep. I noticed that too.
Interesting video, I’m guessing the wiggle is as bad as it will ever be. I’m guessing with the built in comp it needs some play in the slide to absorb the pressure that’s flowing through the ports on the slide.
An interesting review, and watching the P365 "grow up" from a sub compact to a compact size gun. I will note that mine has not exhibited the change in fitment that yours has. However, you did not note how "tight" the mags are with 17 rounds and the difficulty to seat them with the slide closed. But this tension definitely reduces any looseness in the slide to frame movement. I would also note that if quicker return to target in an EDC does not matter, then porting has no benefit except for competition guns.
Great review! My wife loves her 365X-Macro... non legion version and it has None of that sloppy slide to frame fit. Bought it when they first come out and fell in love w/it! Fit's big and small hands equally great. Chris what coat are you wearing? Is that an Arcteryx Leaf?
Don't think I've seen any of your other videos, and you did a solid job going over most of the points. I was going to make a comment about the long grip, but it's literally snowing in the video; so you can probably hide a longer gun more easily there than most places.
🤙🏻
I’m assuming they’re at elevation!

They're a great channel. I recommend going to their channel page and select by popular. Their best videos are _probably_ their head to head videos. As in Hunt for Gucci guns. Various places.
They have some amazing HK videos, with ... Handsome Model from HK America, they go into the Grey Room.
And a brilliant video on the MK 23.
My shadow system DR920 has that same slide wiggle.
I have p365x and XL no slop or wiggle. Wilson combat grips, EPS carry optics, the rest is stock. I couldn't justify upgrading to the AXG.
The 365 legion is my first and only 365. Ended up selling my staccato cs because I actually prefer the 365. Albeit i have a c2 but still. Great video gents thanks for doing what you do.
Funny you say this...........I brought my Sig p320 AXG legion to the range this past saturday. My buddy brought his Staccato XC and C2 (with with RDO's). The XC was next level and might be the best shooting gun I've ever handled. The C2 was just ok if I'm being honest, and not only did the p320 AXG legion outshoot it my hands, but also in my buddy's, who had never shot the p320 aXG prior to that day. The AXG legion platform is simply outstanding for what you're paying.
@@SigAXG320 I have $500 and $600 dollar pistols that outshoot my Staccato's (C2, P, XC) from time to time (and some of them all the time).
My c2 puts a mag dump on a 10 inch 25 yd plate no problem doubt your 365 will do that as easy! I call you bs
@@paullordi5154
It took me about 5 mags or so, but by the last mag, the C2 shot fantastic. So it was me. But out of the box, the XC was an absolute cheat code by comparison. Having said that, don't sell the p320 AXG short -- it's pretty fantastic and even my buddy felt it shot better for him than his C2 (when accounting for limited trigger time). I obviously can't speak to the 365 AXG
I don't doubt it at all brother. I think a stock c2 and 320 axg turns into trigger vs weight and a comp. So it boils down to preference and what you value, like most things. But it's always great to get hands on and see what you prefer. I'm glad you enjoy your gun! @@SigAXG320
glad that i went with the regular macro and just made my own legion, if i would've bought the legion and the frame and slide loosened up so significantly i would be very annoyed.
This is about the first gun vid ive watched in a while. Switched hobbies to my Harley and man, there are a lot of parallels. Stock is good enough, but aftermarket is almost always better but more expensive.
Well thanks for watching dude we appreciate you stopping by. I’d imagine there is a ton of similarities with how many options of manufactures there are along with aftermarket support.

@1911Syndicate I bought a CustomWorks 365 and it was tight upon purchase. Within 500 rounds it opened up in the front by about 3mm and tapers to a tighter fit in the rear. I called Sig about it and they said it is designed to do that over time but it will still be reliable. It is still reliable. I’m at 1,200 rounds in and no malfunctions. But accuracy on shots over 7 yds has diminished. It still can defend for EDC situations but now my tight spread at 10 - 15 yds has opened up by 3-4 in. Compound that in a defensive situation with adrenaline pumping and moving targets and I doubt I would place all lead on target. I’m looking to sell my build for $600 OBO.
I don’t know man…a cz p01 all dressed up with a decocker. I’ll take that any day.
Thats apples to oranges
@jeremyread261
Yep. Not even a close comparison there.
I wonder if the added rigidity of the alloy frame causes the recoil to warp or bend parts? Polymer soaks recoil up a lot better, and 365 FCU's seem to be very thin stamped metal
Chris, you should just get that Langdon P30SK that you were toying with getting. Comparable in price, hammer fired, etc
I recently picked up a P365 AXG Legion. I don't have the wiggly slide, because SIG is shipping these with a roll pin just aft of the rail now, and I noticed that your version didn't have this pin. The pin holds a steel insert which tightly secures the front of the FCU.
I’m rocking the Mischief Machine XXL, with the FDEZ XXL comp, TLR1, and red dot. I think it’s maybe my favorite gun to shoot. It’s NOT as cheap as the AXG, but it’s wildly better.
I have an og 365xl that is completely stock with just shy of 3k rounds on it and it has always had a bit of wiggle. Not as bad as your guy's example, but a similar amount of play. It has stayed the same over the course of my ownership. That being said, i would like to point out that it is entirely fcu to grip module play, rather than fcu to slide fitment. So while it doesnt lend towards the "feel in the hand" aspect, i dont think it would affect accuracy or longevity or anything.
I have a P365XL NRA Edition and it's been a solid piece since day 1 but I wouldn't mind upgrading to the AXG Legion version.
I built out a custom P365 XL with an Icarus Grip module. After approx. 1k rounds it also developed that wiggle from the FCU to the grip module. In the past I have fixed slop in AR upper and lowers receivers by placing an o-ring between the receivers at the front take down pin. So, I took a page out of that book and placed an o-ring between the grip module and the FCU and voila, no more wiggle and that is with another 1k rounds through it. Would I recommend this when spending north of $2k on a P365, no, but then again, I still love my P365s and thinking to build another.
I like that SIG has made the AXG legion, mostly because they FINALLY caught up to companies like Mischief Machine and Icarus Precision by offering an aluminum frame option for people who like a little more weight.
Personally I have no use for the comp slides that everyone is so enamored with right now, I'd rather have a longer barrel for better velocity and ammo performance, and it's also impossible to suppress a comp'd gun. Shalotek has me more interested than anyone else with their "XXL" length slides withe either a 4.1" flush-fit barrel or a 4.7" threaded barrel.
Full size gun characteristics in a gun that's still slimmer than a compact, I'm highly intrigued, swap slides and my EDC that I carry IWB can go in a retention holster on my belt for use with my carrier in training.
Same gun, same handling, just more barrel and velocity (and potentially suppressed) I dig it
The custom 365 might've been softer shooting but watching them back to back, especially considering the gas pedal on the custom one, it looked like the Legion recoiled less, shot flatter.
My Xmacro wiggles like that from day 1
I own their entire line and I love them. What's causing the wiggle?
I’d change the frame. My FCU was lose in the frame. Basically would fallout during cleaning
On a metal frame though that’s not a cheap fix
I run the pmm comp and barrel with a 365 live free army slide, icarus precision polymer grip module, tlr7sub, 507k holosun. With the 365 slide and pmm comp it's the same length as the xl slide, so the comp is integrated in the frame
I can only assume this build is over $1k. Wanted to build something similar with PMM comp instead of buying something from Sig with a comp’d slide but damn it gets expensive quick
@@Sinsofcarolina yes it is, around 1400$ with everything
i wanted to love the 365 platform....i had a couple XL's, then swapped in the macro grip modules....i eventually got rid of them and have been back to a bigger Glock....Staccato incoming soon!
also...dude....i finally got a Ciguera belt; never would have heard of them without you guys.
Awesome man glad to hear it!
Did you lose the rear FCU fixing pin or the striker block mechanism? I have an X-Macro Comp and a couple of X-Macro TacOps variants. None have that much vertical or lateral slop between FCU and slide. They're all polymer grip modules, but that shouldn't matter. I'm thinking of getting a 365AXG grip module if the ever become available- but now I'm doubting that idea.
Went from the p365xmacro to the AXG Legion. At 250 rds the pin that holds the fire control module in walked itself out. And at 1200 rds it’s not extracting consistently and being sent back to sig for repair. Never had a single issue with my p365xmacro after 3000rds now with the legion several issues.
I'd def send that back to SIG for warranty. It should not rattle that badly.
Agreed sir. Need to make that happen
Will you guys be doing a review on the new cr920x elite? Would love a review from you guys since you keep it raw and real since I plan on purchasing, but hesitant 🙃
Negative sir not on a radar
I love my p365 but I can't get over how the trigger looks like the wing on a toggle bolt LOL.
Hi I’m watching you video on the p365 axg legion I have the same problem I just sent it back to sig
I’m hoping they will do something about the loose slide love you videos tanks
Thanks for watching dude sounds like you and I are the only people with this issue judging from comments. I’m gonna send mine in and see what they say. Keep me posted on yours and thank you again for watching and commenting we appreciate you.
Interesting. Dang it
I don’t know if the $1500 price included this or not but you also have to keep in mind that a custom works fcu from Sig will run you about $300-$350 and if you just use a standard fcu from a previous 365 you have well then you have to calculate the price of what that gun cost you. Although you can always send out your original slide to get ported and cerakoted and maybe save some money that way depending on if you have the xl slide or not.
I have a 365xl as my main/only ccw for a little over a year now. The trigger gets mushier over time. It has a lighter pull than when it was new, but its mushier too. The "mushiness" is the only part of the trigger i dislike, but i dislike the mush a lot. It made me decide to get something different from a p320 for my full size option too. I went with a cz. Now i want to switch to a cz or some other brand to replace my 365, just because of the mush in the trigger.
the PDP also has wiggle but they call it out specifically as “stacked tolerances” to ensure that it runs in all conditions
The PDP is tight as hell compared to the 365 in this video...that thing has a LOT of wiggle. The PDP has a minor amount like Glock.
I like my 365 variant better than the Legion 365. Mine is a short 365x slide sitting on top of an Icarus Precision 365 Macro subcompact aluminum frame. That thing shoots great and is also soft shooting because of the metal IP frame. 350 for the IP frame and you can buy a complete 365x for 500 ish, which together is less than an AXG Legion 365.
I wish you would’ve taken me up on my offer to shoot my fully custom 365 months ago. You would’ve loved it, and probably a lot more than that one you used for the “aftermarket” set up.
Yea these guys are not smart.
@PD-we8vf
And your MENSA credentials, sir?
@@handroids1981 lol they only a 132 to get accepted 👍🏻 takes a lot less than that to engineer your own trigger bar and shoe. Everything after that simply came with over 20 years or gun smithing experience. Anything with an fcu can be fairly easily modified if you know what you’re doing and have the resources to do what you want. I’m currently working on making my own fcu housing with tighter fitting full length rails too 👍🏻 it doesn’t take a genius, it just takes passion and know how.
@@Bryan-1980 132?? I thought they lowered their standards to 120 "to accept more D.E.I."?
@@handroids1981 who knows, with all the participation trophies everyone wants these days 🤷🏻♂️😅
I have a 365x with around 3300 rounds through it. Slide to frame play is about the same as when i got the gun. That rattle in the video sounds more like the FCU than the slide on the frame. I think the biggest difference is that metal grip because the tolerances have to be a little bit higher and that is going to be more apparent as you shoot the gun more. With the polymer frame there is flex and the tolerances can be very small. All that being said, that rattling does not sound normal lol
That wiggle was the first thing I noticed vs my PDP Compact..

Crossover Episode When?
Awesome video! A good comparison to the 365 Legend would be an xmacro comped with an Icarus Precision Ace Macro frame. It removes that awful slop you feel in the frame and it feels AMAZING in the hand for the size it is. I hope get a chance to check it out.
Yeah those Icarus guns are awesome. My argument weather Icarus or someone else was for about 80-90% of what most people are looking for can be bought from the factory now but cheaper. Some people prefer that. So people prefer building like yourself. All that matters is you like what you like and you enjoy shooting 👊🏼👊🏼 thanks for watching and commenting dude we appreciate it
@@Chrisblau completely agree. Whatever you can afford and like, JUST TRAIN!!!!
another fact to point out is that the 365 Legend is about $1300 to the average civilian (no discounts). The xmacro comped with an Icarus frame is about $1250. And it’s a better final product in my opinion.
Very cool!
I’ve got a standard 365, 365xl, a custom macro, and a full custom 365xl build with everything you can throw at it. From one ginger to another, the full custom is all metal and has no wiggle with or without the mag inserted. PS. made my own tigger shoe and trigger bar and replaced every single spring in the gun. No take up, and a super crisp 2.7lb break with forceful short reset. It’s my little striker fired Sig-ccato XC 🫡 you guys would’ve loved it
That crap gap is why I dealt my P365 away and went back to my CCO 1911 😂
My original P320SC in a WC carry grip is still tight after many years and several thousand rounds. No need for a 365XL
edit: I also carry my Dagger Micro when summer cloths come out.
My first handgun
P365 Axg legion
I was gonna buy a p365 but I’ve seen some rust issues online recently, Sig needs to get their QC up if people are going to keep trusting them
Dang really? I agree but also we give car manufactures a pass when lemons happen just cause we all know it’s a numbers game when you’re a giant manufacture. Sig is no different. Not saying I’m ok with it but you’re gonna get lemons here and there.
Also. What if these guns were built using tooling that was almost ready to be swapped out but was still within tolerances 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ seems 5-6 guys had same experience as us and about 10-11 still say their gun is still tight with 500-1000 rounds through them
Is that wiggle with a magazine in and the stricker cocked? P320s do the same thing but completely lock up when it’s time to fire. Was eyeing one of these but will totally skip if they get that loose.
I just got one a few days ago, hardly a couple hundred rounds through mine. The federal Syntech 150 grain felt better than the 115 FMJ and 147 HP I shot that day. Going to keep looking for that 147 and up grain ammo and see which is best. Paid $1370 tax and all....I just thought for $500 more I could have a Bul ARMORY model... Having said that I'm not disappointed with my purchase I had a lot of fun with it that range session and only had a couple hundred rounds to shoot. I think it's definitely going to shoot better with certain ammo. @ 7:37 I went to check mine 😂.... like I said barely 200 but it's not like that it's tight almost hard to rack tight. It very could end up like that though. 😮
Time shall tell. Hopefully not
What's up with that gap, Sig? I went the cheap, old school route w/mine: non-comped, hogue rubber grip sleeve (to cure the backstrap wobble), XS Big Dot sights (in lieu of limited rds options), and Go Guns rail mounted gas pedal (just cuz). All in, it's cheaper than my wife's rds & comped X-Macro, shoots just as flat, w/no muzzle blast, and I'm the only guy on the range w/anything like it, for whatever that is worth.
I was wondering if we can get a posting of the actual build list for Devon's p365
365xl with icarus xl+ and pmm comp amd dpm recpil springs...done.
I have P365 X- Macro Tacops do you know if you can you put a lighter recoil spring in the gun? The one that is in the gun is the hardest recoil spring I ever have to pull back the slide on any pistol I ever owned! I have been shooting since I was 5 and I'm 76 now and the take down lever is so hard you have to buy a tool to move it! What is up with Sig the gun shouldn't have to have a toolbox with you in the field!
There is a new version of the hellcat pro now it’s called the pro comp.
Would be nice if you did video of the FN 509 CC. Has the muzzle device, mag capacity from 10 round to 24 rounds. Softer shooting than the Sig 365.
Fact. This search is certainly an obsession.
Indeed
@@1911syndicate curious what y’all are carrying these days!
Never ending right dude? Been doing this a minute with Jake and before Jake and it’s been a never ending thing. I will say I always go back to a G19 or a G19x. 🤷🏼♂️
I believe the cheapest route other than getting an AXG Legion P365 is to get a P365 XMacro Comp, and then adding a metal frame. BTW, my P365X has over 1,000 rounds through it and there is NO slop or wiggle.
I don’t think included the price of the light and dot on the legion but did include it on the build gun.
My regular macro comp has that flex….. I think it is getting sold soon.
