Glad you reacted to the Legendary Edition trailer, that one's my favourite. Great to see you also saw the comparison trailer too, the remaster for ME1 was revolutionary & made the game even better. There's also the teaser trailer for the next game though it's just under forty seconds long so not really video material, I would recommend checking it out in your own time though, it's pretty badass.
There are many games that have a good story, good characters and a fantastic script. What makes the Mass Effect trilogy special, however, is that you can import your saved game into the next game. All decisions, quests, main story or side story, relationships with companions and much more are carried over and are mentioned here and there in the story. That's why the game has a lot of replay value.
Hey man I was in the army back in 2019. I personally had a ton of time to game and do my own thing. The military in today's day in age is really dumbed down a bit. You'll be fine once you're through basic.
Thank you for your service! I already did boot camp and OCS. What I am doing is TBS in Quantico and I will be sharing a room with others so I don't know if I will have time to do any recording which is why I want to promise anything until I got a solid knowledge on my schedule there
Wow, I have the originals, but I haven't played them in years, but have played the Legendary Edition more recently, so seeing the comparision like that was insane even for me... I mean, I knew they improved the graphics but I never realized how MUCH. Wow.
Probably the best impulse buy you'll ever make, in my humble opinion.☺ Each game follows on from the last one, not only importing your character, but also decisions you make carry over and affect events of the next game. Probably best when you can do the whole saga without too much of a break between each game. Hopefully see you play it as and when you're able to. Good luck with the training.
Don't apologize for no intro, if they have been following you for a while and complain you didn't intro, then they need tk get checked for alzheimer's disease because apparently they forgot who you are. As for those who are new, they can not be lazy and check out your other videos or at the least your bio page. By clicking your name.
The main focus in the remaster was Mass effect 1, which was very dated compared to the other two and a lot of effort was made to overhaul both the graphics and gameplay to bring it up to the same standards as the sequels. It's not a remake, but it's pretty damn close.
I'd say wait to play all of them back to back cuz it's the type of series that once you start playing you don't want to stop. When the legendary edition dropped it took me 5 weeks to beat the trilogy 100%. But that was me playing all day. Now I gotta wait like 70 years to get dementia so I can re experience them again. It's the only series I know where your decisions carry over game to game and affect the story. It actually invests you in the world and characters. You mentioned being a Halo fan but for me the Halo stories were so boring besides Halo Reach, and Halo 2. Btw good luck at boot camp.
I'll play Mass effect soon when I have time. By the way, it isn't boot camp, it's a training school. It's more relaxed so that's why there may be chance I can still do videos.
A little warning for you, concerning game play, Mass Effect 1 is the worst of the three. Story wise, it is epic. But Bio Ware did not get the gameplay down pat until the second game. So give it some patience, because it's definitely worth it. Mass Effect 2 is considered the best game of the three by many - and for good reason. Fun gameplay, great story, and more memorable characters. Mass Effect 3 is all out war - which is what we wanted! Same type of gameplay as 2, but the story will make you cry as you watch the horrors unfold. So, Mass Effect 2 and 3 - totally worth it. Mass Effect 1, still good, but needs a little patience (especially with the MAKO).
They have actually revamped the combat-gameplay of 1 quite a bit with Legendary. It is much more up to date while trying not to compromise the original "feeling". That is also due to the fact that 1 was more an RPG with gunplay while the second and third installment were more Action/RPG's. It is different but I would not call it "worst of the three". When replaying the series with LE, I actually felt 1 had slightly better combat gameplay (specifically with the overhauled cover system from 3) then 2. So what I would say is that it boils down to personal preference and - as with all games - you have to adapt.
Mass Effect 1 was released in 2007. Of the three, it was the one that needed a graphics remaster most desperately, and they delivered.
The Mass Effect trilogy I'd say is easily the best game series I've ever played.

Yeah, compared to several games, this is one of the ones where you can see a major difference in the comparison and improvements made.

Glad you grabbed LE! If you enjoy it half as much as I did, you'll have an experience you'll never forget.

Bro accidentally bought Mass effect lmao, it's one of the best RPGs of all time don't worry you're not gonna be disappointed.
@@mostafa-ep6rk it wasn't really an accident. 😂 It was a bundle sale and it had the games as part of it so I just went with it
You should react to "The Fleets Arrive" It's one of the best scenes in gaming history.
