      He’s only doing that because he thinks it taints him. Like he’s getting paid to be an expert witness. The state uses expert witnesses as well. So his point is moot. It makes him look bad every time he asks

      Prosecuting attorney's routinely violate defendants rights to a fair trial. The problem is most defendants plead out because they don't have the funds for good lawyers or have a shady past where they might have been guilty of something before but are innocent of a current charge but know they won't get a fair trial. Prosecutors love to not turn over Brady material and all too often judges let them get away with it.

      @D. The problem is that an asshole behind a cash register makes you mad for a few minutes. An asshole prosecutor can take away your rights for the rest of your life. It's a very big deal.

    Wouldn't the stippling not being on the fingers be worse for the state because that means his hand was so close to the muzzle that the fingers were outside the range of the cone, assuming the hand was flat and not balled up.

    • @1morechip
      @1morechip 2 роки тому +1

      No one testified his hand was *that* close, but the position of the fingers means it's in a fist which goes to his behaviour

    • @zakk3910
      @zakk3910 2 роки тому +1

      No. They're able to tell where the center of the cone is and based on how far up the forearm the stippling goes, they know that there would be stippling on the fingers if there was nothing blocking them.

    • @theroachden6195
      @theroachden6195 2 роки тому

      Yeah. The argument chinless was making wasn't good for their case. If his fingers are in a neutral position and stippling didn't get on them, that could means it's to close for the cone to expand. That's what the prosecutor said..
      That means Chad was much closer to Reeves when he shot him then what the prosecutor lead everyone to believe.

It's in it's self intellectually dishonest all the while trying to show how frikken smart you are while merely perched on a shelf of knowledge.

    What is wrong on this judge who is so weak. The Judge should order the prosecutor to give the witness the transcript. Transcripts are taken so that we have an accurate record of what was said, and the transcript is available for all parties to review and constantly refer to. This prosecutor is clueless and useless.
