global shaadow quality on high and antialiasing on 4x eat a lot of fps if you don't have a powerful gpu like you with 1050ti i would recommend reducing it for better fps, also nvidia reflex put it on enable only cause + boost reduce fps and doesn't improve latency.
i just bought a 1050ti and it was supposed to run cs2 on like 100fps but was only on 40fps so this vid helped a lot!

Model/texture detail on low, but u don t said why.
If you want better performance you have to set the graphics lower. That's why Model/Texture detail is on low
