I had some things happen in my house and once during my sleep. In my dream I was dragged into dark water and drowned. I woke up choking and had trouble sleeping for about a week. I was scared to go to sleep and only slept during the day. About 2 or 3 hours. I got cleansed the way my Mexican ancestors used to with an egg and my girlfriends mother at that time said the egg yoke was not right when she cracked it in a glass. So I went to get cleaned at a santeria doctor . This was 12 years ago . In my house we also heard and saw many weird malicious things . As soon as my sisters moved out and I left my sons mother all of it ceased. I turned to islam last year.

Recite Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq, Surah Naas, Aayatul Kursi 3 times or 7 times in morning(between fajr and sunrise) and evening(between asr and maghrib) and blow 💨on your chest and on your whole body.

Try renewing your shahada and start by asking dua/ repentance. Say tawba (Astaghfirullah) as much as you can and keep making dua asking Allah SWT to make it easy for you to pray. Also recite the 3 qul surahs and listen to Surah Baqarah by Mishary Rashid Insha Allah. Even if you find it hard to recite Ayatul Kursi by yourself listen to it on UA-cam.
If you can't read just recite Bismillah and do everything you want ..be firm don't stop trying to read Qur'an in Shaa Allah..your cure is near

What do you mean you can’t offer salah? Please explain a bit on this.
On getting sleep paralysis, i used to get it almost every night for years. I would recite ayat al kursi and it would go away by the time i’ll end it. That said, during that time, i was faaar away from Allah. No prayers, some drugs, creating hell for people around me, athiest (unless i got sleep paralysis:) ).
Then Allah guided me back. And all of this pretty much vanished. In the beginning, i had to relearn ‘namaz’. I was scared to no end when i prayed but i persisted. When i used to try ans recite the qul at night, i’d fall asleep even before surah ikhlaas was finished (earlier i had insomnia and couldn’t sleep for hours).
My advice, clean yourself - physical and spiritual. Resume you connection with Allah. Remember: no good or bad can come without Allah’s will.
Check: are you doing any major sins which is creating hell for you? Maybe being bad to parents? Gheebat? Zinaah? These all can create what is called doing bad to your self by your sins.
And most importantly, surrender to Allah and let Him take control. He will know how to take you out :)
Side note for sleep paralysis: try sleeping on your right side (which is sunnah) and that should help too.
