Hi, how far ahead can you make the samosa pastry sheets? Can you freeze them or refrigerate them or you have to fill the samosas right away? If I can freeze or refrigerate them, how can I do that, for how long can I keep them, and after taking them out, how long should I wait before filling them? Thank you.

Rock salt is not always kala namak, infact kala namak is a type of rock salt but to be more specific and precise, it has a different name, sometimes known as "sendha namak" in some dialects of Hindi. For kala namak, its literal name is used ie, black salt.

Only for little watchers from non hindi speaking areas you are speaking English , though they also unable to understand what the fuck you are vomiting .

@bharatzkitchen #Suggestion While packing the cone of the samosa for the final time try to give it a little fold on the other side (which doesn't have joints) and then Tap and squeeze the cover.
It will act as a good spine for the samosas to stand.
