Today's Project Diary Video is a reaction video from an international public speaker and body language expert, David JP Phillips. I was shocked at David's accurate assessment of my subconscious and body language. I've found this subject fascinating for many years and love how he analyzes the smallest details in communication skills. We will also be talking about the duchenne smile, dopamine, mirror neurons, and how positivity can be infectious and play a large part in the benefit of peoples health.

I just love your videos and yes you are so infectious in your approach I love it.
I greatly enjoy your videos just the way they are. Love your accent, your smile, love seeing your plants, love your honesty with some plants had a lot of rain so it was down-to-earth, and love your cooking videos. No idea whether it is when you say what or those things he says, but I remember hearing the camera lady laugh in one and it was wonderful. Love that you talk about your granddad in some of them, and I have no idea why. I hope you don't change them too much.

this is written before i watched this video, you appear to me to be natural, genuine, honest, sincere, enthusiastic, intelligent, caring, sharing, nurturing, committed, determined, heart felt and er cant thing of the right word... emotional in a good way? ...empathatic? .. some word like that.
after watching the video some additions are: resourceful, infectious in a positive way, open, kind, i did have a couple more in mind, but they have now gone from my head.
