Oh bless you! I'm a big fan of KT tape and didn't know I could use it on my horribly painful big toes. I use it on my thumb joints with excellent results. I'm off to tape my foot now!

Many many thanks for suggesting this remedy . I am suffering from this pain for a very long time today I watched your video and did this taping it really worked for me now my big toe is so relaxed. Please suggest me for how long I have to wrap this tape ,and can I wear medium heels because I didn’t wear heels since ages may god bless you always many regards
Looks great. I have bone spurs and arthritis in my big toe, I just wear those super thin carbon insoles. I put them under the existing soul in my shoe and I can walk normally and run and do stuff but my toe does not bend
Hey! I suffer from same issue but could NOT get the thin rigid carbon fiber insole into my running shoes which have a natural curve to them. So would love to know what you did. Wish there was a way to just have the toe part rather than a flat board for the whole foot to have to walk on. Thanks!
I recently had this happen for the first time and after 4 days of wearing Dr. Martens it was 60% gone. A week later it flared up so I wrapped my foot with an ace bandage and it was gone overnight. Is that normal?

I was looking forward to this but I could not see it well enough to replicate.
I wish you’d do one with different coloured strips. Otherwise it’s such a good video!
