in connecting serial cable to each M221..can we use the same ethernet cable?

Hello, when you connect multiple Modbus RTU devices you connect them from A to A and B to B etc. Theres good pictures and help if you Google how to wire RS485.

Hello, your video is helping me, a question, I am doing the programming in the Machine Expert Basic simulator, but when I put it online the simulator, the communication blocks send me an error indicating error 6:
"The specific parameters are incorrect", is this because I am using the simulator instead of the real plc? I await your response, thank you.

Hey happy to hear the video helped you. I am not 100% sure about this error but most likely thats the case like you said. I doubt machine expert allows to simulate Modbus RTU.
